Bonham 8 a very good game and a couple of important saves. Partington 7 a steady game Lockyer 7.5 kept the dangerous Posh forwards largely quiet. Craig 7.5 same as Lockyer. Holmes-Dennis 8 oozes quality, getting fitter and stronger. Rodman.7 did a lot of the ugly work. Lines 7 pulled the strings in a decent performance, tired in the last quarter. O. Clarke 7 a trademark Ollie goal, a few loose moments but overall decent. Sercombe 6.5 playing wide is not really his game but stuck to his task well. Reilly 7 Ran his socks off,a couple of inches from scoring from a sublime Rodman cross, was understandably knackered late on. Nichols 8.5 M.o.M. his best game in a Rovers shirt ,deserved his goal, maybe this is a new beginning for him. Subs: Jakubiak 7 a good cameo performance. J. Clarke.n.o.l.e. Crowd 7 small but played their part. Ref 7 decent, let the game flow, Peterborough 7.5 the best team I've seen at the Mem this season and in all honesty deserved a point.

Bonham 5 Shaky,a bad fumble from a routine stop was rescued by Lockyer , looked petrified every time the ball was crossed into the area and was partly at fault for goal. J. Clarke 7 M.o.M. a good strong game. Lockyer. 5.5 lost his marker for the goal, passing poor as usual. Craig 6 had a right tussle with the dangerous Samuels with honours even. Kelly 5 poor, gave his bloke too much space, needs a rest from the team. Rodman 5 did little, skied a late chance late on. created nothing Upson 5.5 made little impression. O. Clarke 5.5 same as Upson Holmes-Dennis 5 looked like a fish out of water, he must play in his proper position. Jakubiak 6.5 he was feeding off of scraps but kept going. Payne 5 won a few headers but no pace and an easy afternoon for the Wycombe defence. Subs: Lines 5.5 didnt make much difference. Reilly 5 made no difference Matthews 4,5 made things worse. Ref 4 In Wycombes pocket. Crowd 6 decent numbers, poorly rewarded. Wycombe 4 Awful (but not as awful as us) but a really nasty play-acting team who have cheating in their DNA.

Martin was judged before he even played a game on here. He wasn't as bad as everyone was making out and was fine as a squad player. However, we should be able to get better. Good luck to him. I agree,he was ok, his biggest problem was he came from Stevenage, had it been Rotherham or Birmingham there would be little adverse comment. I think five full backs, THD, James Clarke,Partington , Kelly and Leads should be enough to cover two positions. Its a big striker we need and another keeper if Smith goes.

I don't mean to go all 'Holloway' on you all but the way we do our transfer business is similar to a guy who waits outside a nightclub at 3am looking to pull the drunk birds. Whats wrong with that? exactly, its served me well in the past (well that bit of the past that I can remember!!)

I bought an Ice Cream from him when his van was parked up on Horfield Common! A great little payer but very temperamental , if he had a strop on he,d just wander around sulking, I seem to remember him scoring a hatrick in about five minutes and 90 goals in 175 games speaks for itself! Stroppy or not he'd walk in our team these days.

Bonham 6.5 wobbly at times but overall decent. J. Clarke 7 solid stuck to his guns as usual Lockyer 7 fairly solid Craig 7 full of the dark arts got caught out once but got away with many. Kelly 6 missed THD in front of him Rodman 7.5 m.o.m. the pick of an average bunch Upson 6.5 not so effective, missed Olly alongside him Sinclair 6.5 worked his socks off, made a nuisance of himself but creates little. Martin 6 adequate Reilly 6 worked hard to little effect. Jakubiak 7 a good game kept the Burton defence busy but needs a big striker to work with. Subs: Sercombe 6.5 he should always start, Lines 6.5 midfield improved when he came on. Nichols 5 n.o.l.e Crowd quiet, hung over i guess! Ref 6 ok but picked up on the little fouls but missed bigger ones Burton 6 hard to believe they were in the Championship last season, decent defence though.

Bonham 7 not a busy afternoon,I sincerely hope that isnt his last home game for us. J. Clarke 8 a very strong game capped with the winning goal. Lockyer 8 took a battering from Evans but kept his cool. Craig 7.5 also in the wars but a strong performance Kelly 8 plays so much better with Tariq in front of him. Rodman 8.5 m.o.m this is the Rodman that I was so pleased we signed. Upson 8 he never hides, always wants the ball, the odd misplaced pass but it never seems to worry him. O. Clarke 6.5 a bit out of sorts but kept battling. Holmes-Dennis 8 bags of quality, works well with the ever improving Kelly Reilly 7.5 took his goal well, was unlucky with an earlier effort, understandably tired later on. Jakubiak 7.5 gave Fleetwood defence plenty to think about. Subs: Nichols 6.5 help set up Clarkes goal, Matthews 6.5 looked bright for his short time on. Lines n.o.l.e but so unlucky with a sublime effort that hit the woodwork. Crowd 8 bottom but one, black Saturday, no away fans but the faithful showed how to support their team. Well done to you all ! Ref 5 hmmm was it really a ten card game? Fleetwood 6 football wise quite good, sadly they have too much of Barton about them to endear themselves to anyone other than their tiny support.

Apologies, but it was after the 6th Jan. Personally I don't want him after talking to my Newport mate. He said Flynn is a total playboy, loves drink, women and money. He said he is a water head and fathered 3 children in 18 months... With 3 different women! Doesn't seem like the level headed kinda guy who we clearly need at the moment to be honest! Hardly surprising , its Newport 'thats normal!!!

Bonham 6 a couple of good saves ,hampered by the static defence in front of him Partington 4 very poor, he should have been subbed instead of James Clarke J. Clarke 5.5 he was doing ok and wrongly subbed Lockyer 5 shaky Craig 5 no better than Lockyer Martin 5.5 adequate Lines 5 a couple of decent runs but didnt affect the game enough O. Clarke 5 a frustrating game, tried hard but nothing worked for him today Sercombe 6 the best of a poor bunch. Nichols 5.5 some nice touches in build up play, useless in the box. Payne 4.5 a waste of money Subs: Bennett 4.5 unlucky with his shot that hit the post , but contributed little. Rodman 5 he should have come on much earlier. Jakubiak 4.5 no impact. Crowd 6 considering everything a good turnout, soaked and fed up! Ref 6 decent Doncaster 8 the best side seen at the Mem this season. in truth it was a stroll in the park for them.

Around just 500 turned up according to Hamer who should know given his previous Swansea connections. I can't really understand why the EFL are happy to destroy what was a decent lower league competition. My fear is Sunderland will make the final so it's seen as a another successful season for the Cheakertrade Trophy I would agree with the 500 estimate, over 400 jack's in the West stand and about 80 gasheads in the North stand. Official attendance 699
