More Anti Rovers propaganda from Bristol (Sport) Post. They are a bunch of f**king wankers on that rag. Yeah, they word it carefully to make it look like the other pics might be Gas as well, which afaict, they're not. Exactly. Have we played Millwall lately?? Tosh reporting tedious linking of pictures to the club

Do we actually have enough players signed to make a team up? Are we anywhere near the start of the season and have any reason to be worried?

I hate the way some Amazon sellers do that. £0.03 for the book and £2.80 postage, just so they are sorted top using lowest price first. I don't buy from them on principle. Unfortunately Amazon set the postage at £2.80 so sellers don't have a choice. Unless it fits as a large letter envelope £2.80 is less than a small parcel 2nd class standard. £2.83 for a book delivered and that's not good enough?

Few Tweets fro earlier, nae particular official Twitters tho Rumours are that Leeds have agreed compensation with Bristol Rovers for manager Darrell Clarke #lufc #mot 'the feeling at Elland Road seems to be that Cellino is ready to settle on Clarke if Clarke wants to come. But nothing confirmed atm' 'Evans back at work as planned today. Leeds and Rovers been negotiating compo. for Clarke but it sounds like Leeds want to get this done' Seriously f off leeds. Go find someone else to sack after a few months. If this goes through I'm moving out of Yorkshire

I didn't say 'all' Rovers fans turned on DC in 2014 - I said the BBC reported that DC was disappointed when a hundred or so posters calling for his head were put up at your training ground. Then I made the point that it's remarkable how quickly opinions can change in football...that's all. I certainly didn't mean to imply that all Rovers fans are fickle. Indeed one of my previous posts was all about how loyal football fans in Bristol have been giving the pretty dismal records of both clubs throughout their respective histories. My reply (which you've quoted above) was to a post which said 'all' City fans turned on Cotterill - which just isn't true. You brought up a 2 year old story to make your point but then take issue when someone pointed out the Cotterill went from zero to hero in just a few months this season. Indeed it's further worth noting that Lee Johnson went from not bring wanted to saving your season in just a few months. This also happened this season. Yes, fortune changes quickly in football management but naturally you appeared to come across somewhat negatively towards us. I would expect you to put an anti Rovers and pro Bristol Sport spin on it, that's only natural. You should also expect to be challenged and to have similarly negative posts in relation to your own team that are more recent examples of the point you were making posted in return. And you're a sh*thead so do one

Can you imagine the Leeds fans reaction if both Robinson and dc reject their offers??? How the mighty have fallen. Fingers crossed dc wants to finish the job and signs up on the new contract

The fact that the Leeds Chairman is interviewing prospective managers whilst leaving the current incumbent in the dark tells DC all he needs to know about that poisonous situation. Leeds is a massive head turning club at normal times yes but now it is a place to be respectfully avoided. If Cellino was chairman here there is no way DC would have still been in the job after that sixth home defeat to Stevenage...nor would he have lasted the season before after Braintree...we'd still be non-league and looking for our sixth manager in two seasons. The guy has no patience, no credibility and above all can't be trusted. DC is ambitious and will leave us when either we cannot meet those ambitions ourselves or the right unturndownable opportunity arrives. Leeds is a proposition that is easy to turn down at the moment as Karl Robinson has already proved. Can't see DC setting himself up as the next turkey looking forward to Christmas at Elland Road. Problem for us is what if Leeds offer him say a 3 year contract at £500K a year, DC could effectively guarantee a £1.5m pay day regardless if he gets sacked in a month or not. He'd then be looking for a job as the ex Leeds manager and so would probably walk into most Div 1 jobs? Alternatively stay with us on say £150K a season then still get sacked by our ambitious owners if he struggles next season with us. Although this whole story could be nonsense as it all seems to have come from the B Post article and James McNamarra admits it's all based on the bookies odds but DC's now 3 /1 on! Leeds did wonders for dave hockadays career

Surely Matt Taylor and Dan Leadbitter are ID incorrectly? Does anybody know if DC's out there for his stag do or is he off on that seperately and this is just the playuer end of season bash? I think he's in Leeds. Boooo Hisssss

Not a bad game so far...FGR keeper makes a great save then follows it up with basic blunders to cost goals. Good goal from marsh brown for FGR. Will FGR become the first village club to ever play in the football league ? Or Will Grimsby finally get that playoff victory ? On Friday FGR had sold about 4000 tickets and Grimsby just over 10,000 Grimsby's PH is certainly a candidate to replace DC should he leave Hurst to replace dc?? Firstly dc is going no where. Secondly Hurst has had numerous chances to get Grimsby promoted and isnt rated at all by their fans. Not the sort of manageroped I would want at rovers
