Also wouldn't be signing off any more player contracts. Why lumber a new manager with players they haven't chosen. Lots of scope for a total overhaul for a proper go at league 1 Might be a bit late for that as they've been offered deals ?

Feeling really waterd off, so if this upsets... IF DC goes, I hope we all remember the loyalty of managers and players is transitory. It doesn't matter what they say, at this club they're off like the proverbial rat at a sniff of the barmaids apron. He's done exceptionally well here, he's riding on a crest of a wave, Leeds are a basket case, and IF he goes, it shows none of that matters one jot when the cash is flashed. Hope this is just my melancholy attitude after being spoken at by management behaving like evangelical missionaries and denying that the not only does the emperor have no clothes but they're the ones that took them off him. DC is an ambitious bloke. You'd think he'll see the situation at Leeds as a negative, but at the same time its a real opportunity for him to be a hero at that club which he may not have had if Leeds were a bit more stable - an opportunity for him to establish himself at the top of the game. That's the sort of thing he is aiming for, and it wouldn't surprise me if that drew him to the job. He is the sort of manager who sees the positives, rather than the risks. Do I hope he waits and goes to a club with more stability? Even better, do I hope he stays whilst we build the infrastructure we need and takes us to a stable position in the league above? Of course I do. Would I blame him for going to the biggest club outside of the top flight? Nope, he's done an amazing job and he owes us nothing. Oiii stop posting sense or you will be banned

I made a pledge that I would pay 50p per item donated to the tombola at the Fun Day and 50p per Forum team that attend the SC general knowledge quizzes, so I think thats £2 I owe! I am a real luddite with no internet banking, so I'll bring some money along when you have an AGM and pay in person if that ok? I have heard that the Mem is undergoing a small re-vamp and it would be the perfect venue for an AGM (bar, buffet and a DVD of last season on the big screen - whats not to like!).Finally, a big thank you for the donation to the SC after I lost £31 programme money a couple of months ago. A great gesture. Thanks. Sounds like a plan

Does anyone know where can I get details of the Sabadell trip? I only realised on Saturday that there was an official SC tour. I am not sure that I will go on the official tour as I am staying with BarcelonaGas for the week, but it would be nice to find out some of the details so that we can try to meet up sometime. John Kayes is on Facebook, I can PM you his mobile number if you want. Im going but have sorted my own flights and hotel as im going with Parrot Jnr whos only 10 I fly out on the Sunday Morning 24th July and back Thursday 28th Staying in a nice hotel on the beach in Santa Sussana. You can buy Coach to game from Santa Sussana / Prematch party and game tickets from John if you want to make your own flight / hotel arrangements

Just paid my final instalment - £5 for each win or loss by two or more goals. Late season scoring spree cost me but I'm jolly happy it did! 18 in all this season - of which only three were defeats (Orient, Pompey and Newport): which is promotion form whichever way you look at it. Spend it wisely Jon and Parrot. UTG Payment received and logged Thanks for your generous support #UTG
