I have always been amazed at the way our Red Neighbours have been infatuated with everything we do .. They deny it of course but their behaviour always lets them down and we see the jealous outpourings of either violence, vandalism or daft slogans like "Mind the Gap..." Actually the gap between the two clubs I believe is the widest it's ever been .... The last 24 hours have confirmed that for me . I have seen ...
1. All our fans stay to the end of the game supporting the team to the very last whistle. 2. I have seen all our players and other staff taking huge time after the biggest game of their lives talking to the fans 3. I have seen the players celebrate with the fans . 4. I have seen the owner ... Yes the owner .... Carried shoulder high down the main road outside the ground and then celebrate with the fans .
I could go on but do not need to..... Mind the Gap indeed BCFC because whatever division you are in you will NEVER have what we have .... Nothing like the four examples above. The gap just got much much bigger !!

"There has been a few issues discovered that they are trying to resolve. We are currently meeting everybody involved in the project to make sure that the coast is clear. Hmm, not watertight then. Wonder what the issues are. I believe that one issue is that UWE want to Lease the land and Wael wants to buy it, as this would fit with a longer term development plan. But then what do i know !!

Like Previously posted by MM , 1,400 to Stevenage on a Tuesday night , 2,100 travelling up to York and our game against Dagenham being a sell out how can this be classed as anything other than great support ? People are also buying season tickets at the moment as well. Don't get me wrong personally thought we would of sold out for Exeter but fans aren't made of money and are trying to prioritise season tickets by the sounds of it which in the long run will be more beneficial. Anyway who cares what the shiteds think ! Don't make me laugh, are you saying that people committing to season tickets will not attend an absolutely vital game for the sake of £20.00!! It demonstrates that whilst our core support is great, as evidenced by the away attendances, it remains the hard core 7,000-8,000 people, with more casual supporters making up the difference. To make a success of any new ground we will need to increase this hard core number. If we become a League 1 side, im sure our core support will increase substantially

It's a move in the right direction but can you honestly see much demand for slates at £18.83 each? I have purchased one and they are excellent quality Definately worth the money

I think they should play something a bit more modern, something the kids can get into a bit more, like The Human League or Heaven 17. I was thinking Britney Spears or the Spice Girls

I'm usually pessimistic with most things stadium-related, but that article comes across as all positive. It's just nice to read direct comments from the UWE boss-man about the project. Seems the new owners are keeping him on board! Money talks. Money Talks, Dirty cash i want you, dirty cash i want you .....?
