Signed permanently for Wycombe. Along with David Wheeler on a three year deal. Would of had both of them here. I thought Wycombe would be in bottom 4, but that pair are a couple of very decent signings. What I call a focused approach and will create them some goals. UTG!

Another player that would be worth a trial for the development squad is 17-year-old Sonny Carey at Wroxham in the Thurlow Nunn League. He can play as an attacking midfielder, number 10, in a wider role or as a central striker and has scored 14 goals from 25 starts (4 sub appearances) this season for Wroxham. He has also recently represented the England Colleges side in the 2019 Roma Caput Mundi tournament where he scored against Malta. Last season he played for Norwich United in the Thurlow Nunn League and helped them win the Norfolk Senior Cup where he scored 2 goals in the Final. Came through the Norwich City youth system. Norfolk Senior Cup Final goal: Scored his first goal for Kings Lynn Town in the National League North on Tuesday evening after stepping up a few levels following on from getting 17 goals from 32 starts last season for Wroxham in the Thurlow Nunn League. Goal during pre-season vs Stamford: National League North goal from Tuesday night:

Jose Baxter to Plymouth they’ve made some great signings this summer. Only signed him until January, he didn't do much at Oldham last season.

pirate, would you have Jamey Osborne (Solihull Moors) here? He had an ill-fated spell at Grimsby a couple of years back, but his creativity and eye for goal from midfield could be exactly what we need?

Will Buckley hasn't found a new club yet, played for Bolton last year. Could be what we need as a winger, would do well in L1.

I'm looking forward to seeing how 21-year-old winger Pat Suraci gets on this season for Gosport Borough after scoring 12 goals and getting 14 assists during 18/19 to be named their Player of the Year. In his younger days he spent time in the youth academies at Southampton, Bournemouth and Pompey amongst others. I read somewhere in total he made 340 academy appearances and scored 202 goals. Will be one to keep an eye on.

I wonder if anyone from Rovers is monitoring Luke Spokes who joined Yate Town this summer? He scored a couple of goals in a MOTM display tonight against Taunton Town, including a 20 yard screamer apparently. Plays in successful SGS college side and represented England colleges at the 2019 Roma Caput Mundi tournament. Goal for Mangotsfield last season

Ah well I suppose some great players have been seen wearing gloves, but personally if I was manager id fine anyone who came onto the training ground wearing them! As my old manager once said to a teammate "If you feel the cold on a football pitch, you aren't working hard enough"

Shrewsbury Town have signed midfielder Sean Goss from Queens Park Rangers on a two-year deal, and loaned Louis Thompson from Norwich for the season.

It seems strangely quiet on the transfer front from us. Apart from the Josh McPake rumour, there’s been little in the way of tangible transfer rumours. I would like to think we are working on a couple of deals though wouldn’t be surprised if we are still chasing players on the last day like in previous seasons. LW and CAM please TW and GC.

A striker I hope we have had watched and are keeping an eye on is 20-year-old Joe Malkin at Nantwich Town. He got a couple of goals on the opening day yesterday and last season was voted the Northern Premier Division Young Player of the Year.
Another striker I'd get eyes on is the 18-year-old former Nottingham Forest youth Niall Towle at Long Eaton United, who has scored 8 goals in 3 games so far this season.
