I would like to see us loan Finn Azaz from Aston Villa - really liked the look of him when at Newport. Think he would shine in our side.... Another one I was just thinking of was Dynel Simeu on loan from Southampton if we don't get Taylor back. He was outstanding against us and in general for Carlisle according to all reports and with Joey's record of developing centre backs it could be a good move for all concerned. |

I wonder if anyone attached to the club is aware of or has watched Glenavon's 20-year-old Northern Ireland U21 midfielder Mark Sykes? He has excellent technical ability/quality from what I've seen and impressed this season scoring 9 goals and creating 6 assists from 16 appearances in all competitions. "There only two players I have played in the Irish League with over the last 15 years who I would compare him with are Stuart Dallas and Liam Boyce" said Glenavon's manager and former Northern Ireland international striker Gary Hamilton. Wouldn't mind him here if he's coming to League One Do you have any thoughts on Billy Koumetio at Liverpool? Made a few appearances for them in the carabao Cup but surprised he hasn't been loaned out so far for some regular experience. Might be worth asking about? |

Tall, leftie centre half with good pace and power. Not sure they would loan him out, but certainly worth an enquiry. If not, the England youth International Jarell Quansah there is worth an enquiry too. A good size and similar attributes. Seen him a few times in U18s and looked like he could handle the physicality of L1 football. Edit: Dynel Simeu from Southampton would still be one I'd look to enquire about though. Really liked the look of him against us on loan for Carlisle and previously caught the eye in the youths at Chelsea. |

Another highly-rated 17-year-old defender is Sean Grehan at Bohemian. Scored in Ireland U19 game too. Jamie Mullins also from Bohs has just come and scored a lovely goal and another who looks decent |

A couple of Warrington Town lads been catching the eye. 18-year-old winger Matt Grivosti  Was recently selected to represent the England Colleges FA National Team and scored a couple of goals on his debut. Looks a good prospect and one to have a closer look at.   |

The 21-year-old left back/wing back George Harmon has looked good for Oxford City this season and worth monitoring.    Lovely left peg on Harmon and if we're looking for a replacement for Junior Brown we could do a lot worse.   Ended up Recommending the lad to Enda Barron up at Ross County back in January. If your reading this Enda, where's my 10%!?!?! 😆🤣 Good signing for them, should do well. |

A good young player the club should be keeping an eye on is 19-year-old winger David Ajiboye at Worthing in the Ryman Prem. He has 3 goals from 3 games so far this season. He was on the books of Tottenham before signing a scholarship deal with Brighton in 2015 and last season he also spent some time on loan with Millwall U23s before Brighton released him at the end of the season.   |
