Excellent player. One of the midfielders I mentioned in the post below with Dan Gore (Man Utd) and Luke Harris (Fulham). gaschat.co.uk/post/843957

Not sure if Ben Heneghan has been mentioned recently but I think he’s out of contract at Wimbledon. Would be a good experienced C/B if we could sign him imo.

Barry Nicholson who is development and caretaker manager at Fleetwood Development squad making some form of a return from next season? Joey said back in January: "We've got some development stuff going on there again to try and bridge the pathways back."

Development squad making some form of a return from next season? Joey said back in January: "We've got some development stuff going on there again to try and bridge the pathways back." Getting a regular schedule of games for them was one of the problems last time. Along with them having to train separately to the first team, perhaps they'll be incorporated at the quarters if they return? Easy to keep an eye and bring the occasional one across to first team training as and when needed.

If we could do something similar on a smaller scale it would be good. Fixtures against localish development squads, one or two against higher level opponents and games against non-league opposition perhaps. www.brentfordfc.com/fixtures/brentford-b-fixtures/

Was slightly surprised to see Ryan Haynes being released by Newport, always thought he looked decent at left back/wing back.
Theo Archibald too, who has returned to Lincoln after his Orient loan. Only 24 and has a decent left foot, could be an option if we lose some of our attacking playmakers.

This steward might be worth a trial in the summer

Heard a few people mentioning Keenan Ferguson as one to watch. Right Back for Boston.
Also Femi Seriki on loan from Sheff Utd

Connor Barrett at Kettering (ex Leicester/Burnley), Zico Asare at Oxford City (ex Fulham/England youth), Dan Meredith at Leamington (ex West Brom) and Aaron Skinner at Bamber Bridge (ex Bury/Tottenham) also had good seasons.

Like James Wilson at PV, decent centre forward, if they don t go up worth an enquiry.
Always liked John Marquis, would score a hatful alongside Azzer firmino 😂🏴☠️

The 18-year-old forward Curtis Brown, who can play wide or through the middle, has been catching the eye with his side Winslow United. He has scored 19 goals in 15 starts for the first team and also scored a number of goals for the u18s as they made it through the qualifying stages to get to the FA Youth Cup 1st Round, where he scored a memorable goal at Portman Road vs Ipswich Town. Worth a closer look or trial. Another decent finish today. Trial can't hurt. Watching a stream of National Football Youth League All Star XI vs Chippenham Town U23s at Loftus Road and Curtis Brown has just scored a worldie for the All Star XI. Edit: The lad Alamu from Chippenham that we were linked with back in December is looking a threat too with his quick feet and dribbling ability. footballleagueworld.co.uk/fulham-bristol-rovers-and-swindon-town-eyeing-transfer-move-for-non-league-ace/

19-year-old former Crystal Palace youth striker Josh Ajayi now at Ramsgate another one that our scouts should monitor. "Josh is one of the most exciting young players I have had the pleasure of working with and I feel a whole season under his belt will catapult him the level he is destined for" his manager said. 23 goals and must be well into double figures for assists from Ajayi mostly playing in a wide forward role. Worth a closer look in pre-season on trial. Assist:

Ollie Tanner from Lewes, mentioned in here and who rejected Tottenham earlier in the season, seems to be heading to Cardiff.

I would like to see us loan Finn Azaz from Aston Villa - really liked the look of him when at Newport.
Think he would shine in our side....
