Complete guess but the fact Leadbitter isn't evem on the bench would point to maybe an attitude issue? Maybe Clarke feels that Wilsonis an example of someone who has shown the right attitude and rewarding him as such which sends out a message to Leadbitter and the younger players trying to break through. Really gutted we didn't sign Higgins though. That or the fact he has been terrible so far. |

I'd be surprised, bringing in a 17-year-old striker to go on the bench with two other strikers whilst we have no defenders seems a bit stupid to me - unless of course the change is forced. I'm surprised we didn't sign Higgins to be fair. EDIT: Unless Wilson has replaced McChrystal who is unavailable due to his wife giving birth (McNamara on Twitter) |

Clarke obviously rates his quality hence signing him in the first place. |

The thing with Leadbitter is he's been taken out of the firing line for now. If something happens with Lockyer, then Sinclair can come in and fill that spot. If something happens with one of the center backs, then Lockyer comes across and Sinclair goes to RB.

If she hasn't yet then I say to her please hold on. The longer she takes the more games he will miss hopefully. |

No defenders on the bench is taking a bit of a risķ imo.

Sadly i think we'll struggle today and lose by the odd goal. Let's hope i'm totally wrong. Come on Gas I'm kind of getting the same feeling, although I think that's mainly because of what happened at Altrincham. Hopefully the added experience of the likes of Cunnington will prove useful today. |

Why did he play him in 4 preseason games then? We could do a lot worse. He was just looking at him (lets face it we didn't have much of a squad or choice at the time) he didn't try to sign him so i think that speaks for itself |
