19th August 1978 - 3-1 win V Fulham - Statto request

Hi Fulham fan here, hoping to get some information on the above match from your resident statto's - I'm a bit of an amateur historian and try to get info on games closest to Fulham fans' birth dates.

I'd be grateful for any details for the above game, the scorers for Gas, what minute scored and any details of your goals.

I know the gate was 5,950 and John Margerisson opened the scoring for us to be leading at half time with a 25 yard shot from the edge of the penalty area and Ray Evans had a fierce 25 yard strike saved by your goalie (who?)

Any help would be appreciated and if I can reciprocate I'll be happy to.
