Anyone else think a slight change of tactics might be needed? 4-4-3 has done alright for us so far but is it worth considering changing it a bit? I really think 5-3-2 could work for us and make the defence a bit more solid.
Here's my team selection:
Slocombe
Lockyer Broadbent Sweeney
Partington Bola/Brown
Sercombe Lines O Clarke
Bodin
Gaffney/Nichols/Harrison
I'd be interested to know how you all think we should lineup?

No I think we should stick with 4-4-3 (if we can get away with it)

I'd stick with the 4-3-3 against Walsall, but swap Partington for Leadbitter, Nichols for Moore and bring back the 1st choice CB'S. If Sinclair is fit id look to swap him for Lines possibly. I'd certainly look to go 5-3-2 away from home though.
Stop Oztumer and you stop Walsall, he's that influential for them. His ability to play between the lines and find space will be our biggest threat. The left wing back Leahy has also been impressive and influential with 2 goals and 2 assists from 5 apps.

Definitely that team. Just a question of who starts out of the 3 positions I have put 2 players in.

Not always a fan of the Beard but I think having him track Oztumer would be worth considering....

Playing 3 CM's with just one injury to Sinclair shows the lack of depth in the central area. What quality will we have to come on and change the game?
In fact, who do we have to come on and replace any of them if one gets injured?

It really is quite disappointing. We've had all summer to sort it and now with just one injury we look really lacking in that area. Wael needs to open his cheque book and bring in a quality free transfer ASAP.
