I'd go with: Slocombe Partington Lockyer Sweeney Bola Sercombe O.Clarke Lines Bodin Harrison Telford 1-1 Have you watched Saturday's goals again? Not only did Parts fail to cut out the cross but showed no real desire to make any attempt to try and block the shot at goal, either he's injured or not that interested. As far as I'm aware, we only conceded one goal on Saturday - a long ball played over his head, not a cross. Poor defending, but he was playing in an unfamiliar role. Perhaps one of us was watching a different game?

He's been one of our best players this season? One dodgy half and that's it? Shouldn't play anymore?

Will this plonker be at the match tonight? I think we will beat the skates 2-1 tonight.

He split up with his wife because of his love for the Skates (Portsmouth). He is laughing stock in Southampton just as much as Portsmouth football club and their Stadium. Southampton always has been the best in Hampshire, better fans and stadium.

There's clearly something amiss with him recently or else he wouldn't have been sat on the bench in recent games nor subbed at half time on Saturday.

This fixture always reminds me when we played them in March 83 (hopefully the correct date). It was the next away game after we played Reading at Elm Park and Rovers fans invaded the pitch. Arrived early at Portsmouth and Rovers directors came on the terraces handing out papers condemning our behaviour at Reading. I thought wow not many Rovers here and then the train must have arrived as there was chorus of Rovers fans as hundreds were being marched by the police to the ground. We lost the game and at the end there was a line of police officers infront of us. All were over 6foot except one at about 5ft 2ins and somewhat tubby. Rovers fans started singing "there's only one little fat one..one little fat one" much to the amusement of his colleagues. Funny what you remember from past days.

Portsmouth have won 2 league titles and 2 Fa Cups. Fratton Park was always bigger than The Dell. Portsmouth's record attendance is 51,385 Southampton's is 32,363 which is 6,000 less than ours. Portsmouth are the bigger club.

Going to be a tough one. Safe travels to those making the journey Just checking that it's not all ticket for us. Very late decision to go.

Just checking that it's not all ticket for us. Very late decision to go. Definitely all ticket. Thanks, just found it buried deep in the Fixture preview. In Portsmouth working, it completely passed me by that the game was this week! Curry and beer it is for me then!

I was on the train, still makes me chuckle when i recall that chant, he stood out like a sore thumb.
