Weird today. When we got the penalty I was waiting for someone to post the result and I SWEAR I saw the post "yessssss 3-2" then of course I read the next post tthat he had missed. I actually went back and looked for the post I was certain I had seen, and of course it wasn't there. Some sort of weird hallucination? Then of course/we did score................. Anyone else or was it just me?........... Nope not just you. I think it may have been Cantankerous Gas jumping the gun! Although he did a great job of predicting the future! |

Great positivity on here after our first away win.
Anyone who's says our support is poisonous is talking crap.
After years of failure any support would be down and fed up and we have been no different but we have mostly stayed loyal and kept supporting.
Also Good to see quite a few doubters picking their chins up a bit and being a bit more positive.

[ Onwards and upwards two home games to come no reason we can't get 4-6 points from those two games which would put us up there with the front runners. I'm not saying we're going to be world beaters and yes the jury is still out on DC for me because we've lost more games than we've won under him and like I said this week I'm not going to be shooting my muck over a promotion push or relegation scrap after 10 games but we are on a run of form now. |

(crowd cheering in background) the keeper went the right way but didn't get a touch oh, um...... it remains 2-2" But he didn't actually say it was a goal or 3-2 or anything? |

It took a good 20 seconds before they actually made it clear whether it was a goal or not. |

Funny thing is that after he missed it I turned to my son and said " dont worry we will still win this " and I was'nt just saying it for him - i was absolutely certain in my own mind. I will be reading people's future in the christmas grotto before the Nuneaton game - cross my palms with silver of course |

The "don't mention the opposition in the match day thread title" trick continues to work...just think how great we'd be if we could convince Rovers not to mention them anywhere too, not in the programme, on the scoreboard etc!
