Rumour has it that the staff have been testing Hot Dogs with a view to put these of the match day menu for us plebs to buy..
Would you buy one, is it the sort of junk food you would eat ?
Is it possible for our Hut chefs to burn them like the overcooked Pies we had on Saturday ?
Over to you Haute cuisine experts !

As I understand it, as long as it contains meat it's a snack suitable to accompany a football match. So, a hotdog would fall into that particular binary category, as would a tin of pedigree chum presumably.

Depends on if it’s a grotty frankfurter or something more edible.

Depends on if it’s a grotty frankfurter or something more edible. A decent "bockwurst" with a smothering of extrascharf zemf would touch the spot

They used to do some splendid hot dogs at Eastville in the early 1970s - lashings of onions and tomato ketchup if you wanted them. I also remember them doing some honeycomb-type crunchy bars which were excellent value for 5p or something similar. Only used to cost me 10p to get in the ground too, being a mere youth. 5p transfer to the North Enclosure. Happy days.

A 9 inch sausage would be most favourable.
