Mildenhall 7 Some quality saves especially in the last minute but still looks a bit dodgy coming off his line to collect crosses
Leadbitter 8 Brilliant goal and some great runs throughout his time on the pitch. This will do his confidence no harm whatsoever and looks a very good signing. Has only really had one poor game and that was against Altringham. IMO was good when he came on at barnet and against Grimsby
Lockyer 7 Steady game at the back
Trotman 7 Powerful performance against a very strong side
Parkes 6.5 Good all round performance
Brown 6.5 Shame about the penalty but otherwise a good performance both defending and attacking
Sinclair 7.5 Took his chance well and was unlucky on two other occasions. Harrassed the opposition for the entire 90 minutes and looking a better player each week.
Mansell 8.5 My MOM didn't stop working all game,won a lot of the ball and controlled a lot of the play. A superb Leader of men and some good distribution. Rarely lost the ball
Clarke 6.5 Hard working display and one glorious pass in the second half to Martin. Personally would have Monkhouse in the middle.
Monkhouse 7 A good performance as a target man and led the line well until he was injured. Strong in the air and good on the ground as well.
Taylor 8 Oh what a goal would do for his confidence and it would really be deserved. Ran Lincoln ragged with his unselfish running and forced a good save from the keeper. Have the feeling if he scores one he will start to score regularly
Subs: Harrison 7 At last showed in the time he was on the pitch what we all know he can do. Controlled the ball well and played a couple of good moves and then gave us victory with a tremendous run and shot.
Martin 7 Made us an attacking force again when the game was starting to run away from us and showed good control and workrate.
Cunnington 5 Not on long enough to really give a mark but was unlucky when the keeper saved from him when he broke clear
DC 9 Set the team up well and the change of formation really took Lincoln by surprise. his substitutions were perfect too as the game seemed to be slipping away from us. The signs are there that we are turning our fortunes around and will be a force in this league.
Ref 8 Restored some faith in the Referees in this League.
Lincoln 7 A very strong,physical team on the crest of the wave following their Derby win but really were torn to threads by us in the first half where we could easily have come off at half time 3 or 4 ahead. Credit to them for getting back in the game and coming at us in the second half.
