Smith 6 not a lot to do,some good kicks second half putting Nichols and Gaff clear Leadbitter 7 best game defensively for a while Lockyer 6 ok unlucky not to score denied by a great save Broadbent 8 very good game Brown 7 solid and got forward well,brought a good save from their keeper Sercombe 6 busy but his passing was a bit off today O. Clarke 7 more like it Ollie Lines 5 powder puff at times and his shooting not great today Sinclair 6.5 industrious and wholehearted Nichols 6.5 a goal at last and looked more at home in a front two Gaffney 7 good goal and worked hard as allways Subs: Telford nole Moore nole Crowd 7 Ref 5 MK Dons 4 played the ball out from the back and often looked a disaster waiting to happen |

Leadbitter 7.5 Good performance and much improved
Lockyer 7 Steady enough - no costly mistakes
Broadbent 7 Solid and re-assuring
Brown 7.5 Back nearer his best today with some good overlaps and crosses
Sercombe 6 Marked closely especially in first half and kept fairly quiet.
O. Clarke 6.5 Much improved on recent showings. Looked fitter and more determined.
Lines 6.5 Steady with good effort but shooting boots not quite tuned in.
Sinclair 6 The usual workmanlike performance.
Nichols 7 Decent performance and thankfully accepted his gift to break his own and the match deadlock.
Gaffney 8 MoM Much fitter and sharper these days still running his socks off at the end. Well taken goal created from nothing.

Leadbitter 7.5 good to see Danny back to good form Lockyer 7.5 much better from the captain Broadbent 8.5 MoM solid as a rock Brown 7.5 good steady game in a much improved defence. Sercombe 7 hardworking game O. Clarke 7 very good second half after a quiet first 45 minutes Lines 7 unlucky with a great free kick,always looked comfortable on the ball. Sinclair 7 put in his usual shift. Nichols 7.5 thoroughly deserve the gift to open his Gas goal account. Gaffney 8 worked his socks off and scored with a sweetly struck shot Subs: Telford n.o.l.e Moore n.o.l.e Crowd 7 decent numbers, showed great respect for our late saviour Ref 7 decent, let the game flow,but a point deducted for a bizarre decision to penalise Broadbent after he'd been smacked in the face. MK Dons 4 huffed and puffed and produced nothing, defence shakey forwards punchless they've got big problems |

O. Clarke 7 A good game, got around the pitch and read situations well

Sinclair 6.5 Not his natural position but is always difficult for the opposition to play against, no one has it easy against him

Leadbitter 8.5 Great game, good to see him back to his best
Lockyer 7 No mistakes this week ;-)
Broadbent 7.5 Other than one error was solid, I like the way he brings the ball out from the back sometimes
Brown 7 Back to his usual solid form, unlucky not to score with a powerful strike from inside the penalty area.
Sercombe 7 Worked his socks off as usual
O. Clarke 6.5 More like his old self but seems to have a bit of a temper on him this season which I wish he would keep under control.
Lines 7 Good free kick that was close to going in to the top corner but still not convinced he's our best corner & free kick taker, I'd like us to mix it up a bit more.
Sinclair 7.5 Great to have him back in the side, he made a nuisance of himself as normal and was involved in some good forward play in and around the box.
Nichols 7.5 It may have been gifted to him but he took it well. Hope this opens the flood gates!
Gaffney 8.5 (MOM) Didn't stop running and running for the full 90 and what a goal!

Crowd 7 Bit edgy and quiet at times.
Ref 8.5 Only one yellow says it all really, apart from a couple of dodgy decisions had a good game.
MK Dons 4 Very poor side, I'm amazed they are where they are in the table considering how they play. For all their possession only made one shot on target that was from way outside the area. Their fans, although low in numbers, were very respectful of the occasion.

Smith 6 - largely untroubled. Struggled with distribution in the first half although the wind was against him.
Leadbitter 7.5 - Best game for a while. His pace rescued us a few times and gave good options going forward
Lockyer 6 - ok game but struggled at times against pace
Broadbent 7- assured performance
Brown 6.5 - looks to be coming back into form
Sercombe 6.5 - worked hard but can be better
O. Clarke 6.5 - mixed bag. Superb amount of effort especially in second half but a bit hit and miss in terms of quality
Lines 5 - disappointing. Lacked his usual quality and influence
Sinclair 6.5 - a bit hit and miss in terms of quality but we would have struggled without his work rate
Nichols 6.5 - showed lots of good touches. You have the feeling that potentially he can get a lot better
Gaffney 7 - a bit hit and miss in terms of quality but scored a good goal and caused their defence many problems

Crowd 7 - at times subdued but it was an emotional day
Ref 7 - better than most. Prepared to let things flow and not be over zealous with the cards
