yes but i spose that only covers the entrance  (someone had to do it) . Doesn't EW own a house or a few on filton avenue next to the entrance to the mem , that would have been bought by the scumburys if scumburys went ahead ?? , or maybe bought by the Club if the mem is remodelled, i seem to remember a lot of discussion about it on here or the o/f , maybe thats still the same and has been weaved into the latest round of roumers Regarding EW, how can this be..........? uk.linkedin.com/in/edward-ware-0224394bCurrent BR Director? Yet another post from the poster who continually slags off the owners with rumours we have all heard before without one ounce of proof for his claims. Definately a poster who has an agenda against our owners. Interestingly.he only ever posts on topics like this, never on anything about the team, games etc and definately never has anything positive to say on anything BRFC. A very sad person IMHO! UTG! Be careful commenting if you do not know ALL the facts.
I have not been to The Mem since the end of last season but have been kept up to date what is happening in the background and it is of great concern to me.
Of all the 'I know something you don't know' posts over the years, this is up there with the best of them  |

Maybe it has something to do with the amount of bills stacking up unpaid, including the company who put up the fencing at the new training ground who have now instigated legal proceedings, also members of staff being paid late. But hey, let's all keep pretending the new owners are gods shall we. Where have these proceedings been lodged, please? Which court? If you can't back it up, then that's libel mate. A seven day letter of intent was issued. |

Of all the 'I know something you don't know' posts over the years, this is up there with the best of them And we are still waiting to be told what it is we don’t know all the facts on.....not holding my breath on that one. |

It does make you wonder what is going on if we can't even afford to pay for a poxy fence, in fact why did we want such an expensive fence in the first place given that the ground has survived for decades without one. |

You are assuming they cant afford to pay for a fence. There is no evidence that this is true. They may not have paid the bill in full but that is a completely different thing. This if true could be for many reasons.
Id guess its a contractual issue......and that is a guess....Im not sure why people are making this into such an issue..boredom perhaps ?....

Not sure about fencegate. Having driven past it on numerous occasions it is a nice shiny looking fence which keeps people out.
It is doing exactly what it says on the tin!
Why wouldnt you pay for something that appears to be doing the job it was put up for? You'd look daft in court defending it!?

Chippenhamgas I am in agreement with a lot of the things you say about the need to be suspicious and to question this board but please keep it real unless you want the "rose tinter keep the faith brigade" to discredit healthy scepticism as the rants of the lunatic fringe! There is plenty of evidence that what they say and what they do are not the same and plenty of evidence of diabolical or no communication but there is no evidence that the family have shut off funds is there? |
