***g wrap up - we can't defend against a team 5 points below us who have only scored 11 this season & it's down to bullshit on this forum, well perhaps we shut the forum down then & we win every game!! Thats the trouble nowadays we have to have someone to blame for everything - we are not good enough at this level , Simples. Who's responsible for the team? DC. HE is going through a bad patch, it happens. Need to stick with it & regroup. i am no rose tinter by the way but to blame it on bullshit from one forum member?? Jeez there is enough bullshit on here in general to feed all the fields in Gloucestershire . read my earlier post before you get gobby I said the same as you. 1-3 at home to a team in the bottom four, and that's not as embarrassing as it should of been! I wasn’t there today and it sounds from what people are writing on here like we got battered, yet the match stats on BBC state that we had more possession, more shots, more corners. Are these misleading or is the doom and gloom on here because we lost 1-3 when in reality it actually could’ve been different? They missed two open goals and Smith made a great 1 on 1 save in the first half. |

Just got back and that was shocking........... Words cannot describe how bad that performance was. The 3rd goal was unbelievable... long punt up field from the goalie landed just where our defence midfielder should be (Lines).... the striker, unmarked pulls it down out the air and slots it past the goalie... So DC takes Broadbent off... the fault was Tom Lockyer FFS Major boo's at DC about that causing a punch up in the crowd between rovers "supporters" and not a steward in site Something is very wrong with our club at the moment... I think what he means is that there is a lot of negativity within the fans at the minute due to the amount of bullshit that people post on here. It’s not a case of win or lose because of rumours on here but when the fans start turning on the players it must play on their minds. The most ludicrous thing for me is people turning on DC and I do believe that this is of course going to affect his mood. As has been previously stated, DC is a victim of his own success. This is the worst spell we have had since our relegation out of the league. Am I enjoying it? NO! Do I believe we’ll fight back from it? YES! The impatience at clubs and them getting rid of a manager because of one bad patch is what’s wrong with modern football in my opinion. This is where DC and the team need the fans to stick by them and show loyalty as he has done with us. We need to continue to show our support and I am confident that DC will turn it around and all the moaners will end up with egg on their face as they have done when they’ve doubted him in previous seasons. Yeah we're crap and will probaby be in the bottom four before we can get some players in. Goals drying up and defending just gets worse and worse. That third goal was absolutely pathetic.
The board NEED to back DC massively in January to get in at least TWO defenders and a strong defensive midfielder.
We also desperately lack leaders in and around the side. Last year we had Macca, Easter, Mildy, Manse. Now we have none.

That was the worst performance i have watched for a very long time, they were able to get at our goal with such simple football.
We were a shambles and made the Dons look good.
Over eight thousand fans on a miserable day is backing the team, but after being pulled apart time and again and very fortunate
the Dons missed some sitters, what more could the fans do.
Today was unacceptable like many games this season. I can take losing but not the way we are at the moment.
