In 73 i watched Most of he game from the Jew end, then Into the Muller road end when the gates opened. The following season from the South stand, I was always the first in the ground usually 2 hours before kick off. Way before the turnstiles opened. When that burned down in 1980 I moved to the Tote. Then I went full circle and watched the last couple of seasons from the North enclosure near to the away end.Happy days.

At the tender age of 9,saw a certain Mr Geoff Bradford net a late winner against Norwich City in the FA cup 3rd round in January 1964, he scored it at the tote end , fantastic memories , those were the days my friend.

Started in the Tote end then gradually moved around to the North enclosure on the half way line. Went in the south enclosure for the few reserve games I went to see.

First games Chesterfield at home in '73 as an 11 year old with a school mate. Most memorable 5-5 draw with Charlton Athletic & the cup draw with Ipswich, in the snow.

Predominantly North Stand for me, although at one time or another I was in all parts of the ground, first game 1967, still have wonderful memories of the chants of Harold, Harold echoing around the ground, happy days. UTG

Gasworks/tote end from 1957 and changed ends depending which way we were kicking. After many years then moved to the South enclosure by the tunnel on the tote end side.

Yes - first stood on the Tote with my old mate 'Bluecamel' both started paying our dues in 1966, not that I knew him back then, but in later years through the infamous 70's, we stood together most Saturday's.
