If your in the uk depending on who your isp is switching your router off overnight can get a new ip.

can't you just set up a new ebay account as long as you dont use the same id or email address, there is software around to do what you want, but personally i dont trust it, each device connected to your home network will have its own ip addy, the router has its own which is seen by the outside world, but you can set up ip addy logs and other stuff on most routers, so you can keep an eye on the usage etc of each device
