Good to see Bola getting a run out and I like the look of that midfield 3. Shame Sercombe’s been forced out wide, hopefully a left winger signing in January will prevent that from happening in future. Also interesting that Menayese is on the bench rather than Broadbent, I wonder if he picked up a knock in the last game. |

I think that’s the first time we’ve gone with all three central midfielders being defensive this season ?
Normally either lines or Sercombe are in there.
Certainly no excuses about the back four not being protected for this one.

That defensive midfield 3 will look an act of genius if we keep them quiet and then late changes see us getting a winning goal. However, if we go a goal down early on then we might struggle to get back in the game. Will be interesting! I guess Broadbent is out with an injury unless there is a discipline issue? |
