Easy. Bernard Hall, goalkeeper, not the biggest but one of the best!!! Some time ago now but I remember him at Eastville in the 'old days.'

New Years Eve 1966 v Middlesbrough effectively ending his career. Sadly. Just remember that so vividly after all these years. Strange really when so much else has gone from the grey cells.

Bernard Nichols 1955-1958 Bernard Rose 1922-1923 P.S. Second names: Ronald Bernard Nichols, Harold Bernard Rose. So probably, apart from Bernard Hall, no other Bernards as first names.

The Winner gets to look under Hugo's blanket on a match day Good luck all Bernard Manning whose play was a bit of a joke. Bernard Ecclestone played as a speedy winger and was quick off the mark for a short guy. Bernard Bresslaw played as a big dumb striker Bernard Levin wrote the programme notes Bernard Cribbins acted the fool in midfield and tried to get the crowd to sing a song about Fred and hid in a red telephone box at halftime. Bernard Miles another who acted out some mazzey wing half moves. Bernard Langer dug the team out of a hole a few times Bernard Montgomery fought a few battles in the first team against the welsh. Bernard Forbes who lorded it about in goal just prior to the great Bernard Hall.
