FT 3-2 Very disappointing but you can't fault the effort from the players. Playoff hopes almost gone but I'm sure DC and the team won't give up until it's mathematically impossible. We are still on course to beat last seasons points tally UTG

Who gave the pens away? Simple question. No need to have a pop. Im just interested Locks x2, although neither looked a pen to me.ย Had he not been there, they wouldn't have been given.

Our defence is simply not good enough to get us to where most of us want to be.

The same as last week, we're nowhere near good enough for the Play Offs.
Dropping points at home to a crap Northampton and throwing away a 2-1 half time lead to a weakened Plymouth team.
Another season where we'll more than likely improve our league position is encouraging though.
Roll on next season ๐

We were pretty poor in the second half with the ball. However Ref was an absolute disgrace. Is what it is. Plymouth aren't a very good side. Bunch of.

Failed to convert first half dominance and missed chances add a homer referee (2 pens) and not surprising we lose.

Our defence is simply not good enough to get us to where most of us want to be. Broadbent and Sweeney need another chance, generally think they could prove to be our best CB partnership, I don't really rate Craig that much at all. Lockyer is a decent CB but he can be rather error prone at times.

Very frustrating given that Peterborough and Scunthorpe both lost and Charlton only got a point - a point wouldn't have been bad in the end, but three points to Plymouth looks to have killed it, BUT, we're only one point worse off than before play - it's a funny old game - we can't win if we take the lead, give them a goal and we seem to do great - psychological?

Very unlucky to come away from the game with nothing. Rovers more than matched the home team and should have got points from the game. The target of 10th or above and 66pts is still on though. The not picking up maximums against the cobblers and wombles has not helped . Still plenty of points to play for.
Was the China trip a subconscious distraction for Lockyer today ? (With hindsight) if the scenario comes up again might it be prudent to play Sweeney or Broadbent ?

If we'd been given the pen we should have in the first half we'd have won. They were missing key players. We still ended up losing. Im not slating the team, but clearly we're not good enough to get into the Play Offs. You cant just blame the referee all the time. We're still improving year on year, which is encouraging. We're just not good enough. Yet.

Muff scored with an own goal, after been given what looked a dodgy pen, then scored the winner with an even dodgier pen, how can we be nowhere near good enough when Muff now look like making the Playoffs but we gave them the runaround for about 60% of the match.

Should have been 3-1-4-1 half time but only saying that because our defence isnโt good enough. Weโre a good league 1 side with determination in abundance but weโre a good center half a ball winning midfielder short of top six. UTG Saying that the ref must be Plymouth through and through Dam joke of a performance we did our best against 12 men UTG

Neither penalty was his fault. Plymouth player ran into the back of him and dived to the floor. Joke penalty.

Havenโt we been conceding less in recent games since Craig and Lockyer have been our centre back pairing? A fluke own goal and a dodgy penalty is hardly their fault.
