Haven’t we been conceding less in recent games since Craig and Lockyer have been our centre back pairing? A fluke own goal and a dodgy penalty is hardly their fault. Neither are good enough, complete new back 4 needed.....still.

I hope DC kick off a out the Ref. I'm fumming about the joker. Blatantly cheating. Give them 2 pens but refused to even book their players after being the last man man handling Ellis.

Entertaining match, Good effort from Rovers, had there chances, Just wish Lines varies his corner kicks, disappointed not to take more of the chances we created, puzzling ref decision for both penalties (especially second one), I would have like to see Sercombe play more centrally, we really are not far away from becoming a reality good side, imo just a couple of experienced players needed to be brought in for next season

Come off it. We happily met the form team in the league today. If we'd been given the pen we should have in the first half we'd have won. They were missing key players. We still ended up losing. Im not slating the team, but clearly we're not good enough to get into the Play Offs. You cant just blame the referee all the time. We're still improving year on year, which is encouraging. We're just not good enough. Yet. Why can't you blame the ref today when he gave Muff two soft pens but ignored our appeals for a pen, Muff only 5 shots on target today, 2 of them would have been the pens and the third must have been the shot they scored from following the 1st pen!! Although I can't get my head around why DC's replaced dominant CH's like TB & RS with Craig, as with him & Locks as the CB's next season I still can't see us making the top 6,as we're just too weak on corners etc at both ends of the pitch.

Exactly how I see it too ! Muff scored with an own goal, after been given what looked a dodgy pen, then scored the winner with an even dodgier pen, how can we be nowhere near good enough when Muff now look like making the Playoffs but we gave them the runaround for about 60% of the match. How many points did we pick up? We lost to a team who were down to the bare bones and missing key players. We've dropped too many points over the course off the season, Plymouth have acquired enough to be currently 7 points above us in the table. Giving a team the "Runaround for about 60% of the match" means nothing, especially at this stage of the season. Its all about picking up points. Plymouth got 3 points, we got none. We're not good enough this season to make the Play Offs currently, its going to take a monumental run of form from us and hope everybody around us suffers a monumental dip in form, its not impossible, but highly unlikely. Its another progressive season from us, which is great, hopefully we can push on next season and prove we are good enough to get promoted.

One clean sheet with them 2 together. Broadbent was in the form of his life and got dropped, I just don't get it.

We ve lost more games than we’ve won in league 1 we’re clearly not ready for the championship it did look like the refs given them a massive advantage today though I thought it was a good performance sgsinst a home team with confidence who had the ref on their side from the first minute to the last. We’re not out of it yet but we have to win our next two to have any chance. Feels like we’ve been robbed but away sides feel like that every week.

His wages would have been better off spent somewhere else. And how many goals against us this season have been attributable to mistakes by undroppable Tom?

Got to agree with you there Craig played ok again today but Broadbent and locks or Craig would be our best pairing, IMO

Just my opinion topper , took the lead twice , two pens ( no matter how soft ) against a weakened Plymouth team. We've also thrown away points against Northampton and Wimbledon recently , games in which we should be wining if we were serious playoff contenders. I'm personally very happy with the season so far and I think with a few tweaks here and there , we will be challenging for top six next season.

What about the other goal we conceded from yet another cross into the box? Plus the two dodgy pens where given away by the CB's, both challenges gave the ref the chance to blow his whistle.

Locks x2, although neither looked a pen to me. Had he not been there, they wouldn't have been given. What, we should only play with 10 men, is that what you're saying?

Our away form is shocking . We played 10 of the top 14 teams away and our record is won 0 draw 1 lost 9. Clearly: when good/average teams pile the pressure on we crack !.
WON 0 DRAW 1 LOST 9 ( TOP 14)...
Edit > We lost 9 games away to the top 11 ( Peterboro / Rotherham to come). The only point we picked up was at Blackpool who are 14th..

That was a hugely frustrating watch we dominated 1st half and probably should have had the game won by ht. Ellis terrorised their centre halves & quite how the ref missed a blatant 'rugby tackle' when he would have been clean through is beyond me. Bottled it as it would have meant sending him off. We weren't nearly as good 2nd half but still had chances Lockyer should really have scored. Not going to comment on the pens as I didn't have a good view of either but the general concensus is they were both harsh. I'm surprised nobody has mentioned the behaviour of their manager after the game. Blatantly goading the Rovers fans as he left the pitch, at best hugely unprofessional at worst could have turned an already fiesty atmosphere very nasty.
