Just recieved this email:
Important message for season ticket holders
We will be releasing our 2018/19 Season Tickets shortly and we need some information from you to make sure your renewal runs smoothly.
Next season we will be introducing electronic turnstiles and a unique Season Ticket card for every Season Ticket holder. In order to do this, we need a single e-mail address for each individual. We can see that you have 2 or more Season Tickets registered under a single email address, so if you could please update your details below, providing us with a unique e-mail address for every Season Ticket that you own, we can register this within our system and you'll be all ready to go!

I raised this a while ago with Tom Gorringe, so glad to see they are acting upon it. Think I should claim any praise for this

Think it's a positive move but I can't see it will prevent people passing their credit card style ticket to a friend when they can't make it.
The bigger question is if we're going electronic turnstiles why don't they introduce a membership scheme so that tickets can be purchased on a match by match basis and added to the credit card style ticket?

I dont think its the passing it on for a match or two that is a problem or what the club care about. Its those that were claiming there ticket never arived, selling it on and getting a free one. If you dont receive your card or lose it, i assume the club will ba able to just cancel it

Personally I see nothing wrong with passing on a season ticket.
I miss around 7-8 games a season and always make sure it’s used, sometimes by people that wouldn’t otherwise be able to go.
I never charge a penny for it, so it is absolutely no different from me purchasing a match ticket for someone else.

Good news! One step at a time on this, really hope it is part of whole ticketing system overhaul. Although one email address per season ticket is a stupid ball ache in my view . . .

How many email addresses do you reckon she's got? She's had more time than the rest of us to acquire an email address then. Perhaps she should pull her finger out.

I regularly exchange emails with a 94-yr old. No big deal.
