Bradford, Peterborough, Charlton, Scunthorpe, Rotherham, Portsmouth, possibly Blackburn or Wigan could all be in our division next year.
Luton, Sunderland, maybe Coventry, maybe Bolton or possibly even Reading could also be joining us.
Season isn't over yet, bburn Wigan and one of the others could go up and Sunderland, Bolton and Reading could all survive (but that would probably mean Birmingham will join us)
How hard is the division going to be next season?
It wasn't easy last year, definitely harder opposition this year, and next year could be ridiculous.
Then you have to take into account the surprise packages - Shrewsbury, I don't think many people would have tipped them for survival in July, Plymouth have gone from bottom to 5th with the help of every available refereeing decision.
If 12 of the above mentioned teams are in L1 next year it will be the hardest league one in a very long time. Can we compete?

Don't agree it would be any harder than this year to be honest. Fully expect Blackburn and Wigan to go up and looks like Sunderland will replace them. They will be the big fish but no reason we can't compete with the remaining 23 teams.

I would suggest sour grapes because of the game against us. Just face the fact that they have changed their season around by winning far more games by their own performances rather than relying on referees every game.

BCFC 1982. They are a truly massive club. That deserve a place in the higher echelons of English football.

IMO those ****** janners, were one of the worst teams we have played this season, and if was not for those awful refereeing decisions BRFC would have won, green and white, should be playing in black and white hooped shirts and masks. Next season will be tougher, lets hop Waq & Nani give DC some money to spend during the close season or we may weil struggle.

Interesting for all those teams mentioned, a few injuries, a few bad signings or a change of manager and they will struggle

Didn't Coventry concede six at home to Yeovile the other week? Not much to worry about there.

Thought they turned their season round after they got rid of Blisset.

DC is a good man-manager who gets the best out of the players and with a few quality additions I don't see why we can't compete and punch above our weight.

In Plymouths last 8 home games they've had 7 red cards and penalties given in their favour. 0 against them.
If that's not refereeing decisions influencing results then what is?
The 2 against us were both very questionable, the ones against Peterborough were very questionable.
How many managers have come away from Plymouth in the last few weeks complaining about ridiculous decisions in their favour? - most of them.
Yes they've done a fantastic job turning their season around, but if we played 10 men and got given a free penalty every week I'd back us for a top 6 finish too.
Well. Its us so probably a top half finish π

Fergy time is a great example of this - it was never luck, it was simply that Man U were the better team over the full time (and no, I'm NOT an MU fan).

Plymouth last 13 home games. 5 sent off. 2 in their last home match. 1 of those sending off a Plymouth player. 4 penalty, 2 of which were against us. This season we have had 4 sent off and the opposition 4. Plymouth have had 6 sent off and 4 opposition.

You're 100% correct, I should have double checked my stats before posting, it was in fact 8 reds and pens in 8 games, my mistake. 4 reds, 4 pens. Yes, but I stated the last 8 - the main push through everyone into the play offs. Not the last 13... Extend the number you change the stats to make things seem better than they are, 5 draws can be Seen as no win in 5, but you add the 6th draw and the 7th win and you're unbeaten in 7.
