Poor decision for the penalty. I could understand either way tbh. Annoying how France are getting these decisions though when we didn't get f**k all vs Croatia for more certain offences. |

I can see why the ref has given the penalty and it's not such a bad decision as the pundits are claiming. There was clear movement of the arm into the line of the ball and that's why he's given it.
Hopefully Croatia can turn it around and get the win they deserve.
