Who is A. Clarke? I’m assuming a left back? I was wondering what the present left back situation was as I was expecting DC to look to bring 2 in this Summer. Unless he plans on playing smelly more

Who is A. Clarke? I’m assuming a left back? I was wondering what the present left back situation was as I was expecting DC to look to bring 2 in this Summer. Unless he plans on playing smelly more Alfie Clarke. Left back. Came through the youth setup. |

Clarke said: “At the minute I haven’t got a left back, Tony Craig can play left back but he is more a stay at home left back shall we call him. So Michael Kelly from the U23s is in with the first team at the minute and we have got Alfie Clarke who will probably be involved with the game on Saturday against Melksham because I haven’t got the left back I want yet in the building yet. “Contrary to what people think we are getting on with it. But it has to be the right player, right price, right everything. “We have still got a number on target which we are still working on. Trevor Clarke at Shamrock Rovers is decent.  Can play anywhere down the left. Won the PFAI Young Player of the Year for 2017 and has been described as a "left-footed Seamus Coleman." |

At least you can get Clarke printed on the back of your shirt and know that it’s safe from potential transfers for the next couple of years |
