Am I the only one that doesn't feel confident tomorrow even though the bookies have us at 4/9! I always have the negative mind set and think every game that our run will have to come to an end soon but if i wasn't a rovers fan i'd defiantly call it a home banker but being a rovers fan I'm feeling a draw which wouldn't be that bad as long as we get all 3 on Tuesday.
How're you feeling? Confident?

Neither confident or worried. It's another game with 3 points at stake same as the last game and same as the next game. There is no need for negativity at the moment, get on board ,support the team, turn up in numbers and make it an even more enjoyable experience. You know the team will give 110% and that is all we can ask.

Fairly confident we will win tomorrow and hopefully we can get an early goal again, which can really liven the crowd up. Quite simply, we should fear no one in this league.

I know how you feel. I'm always thinking 'we've won 5 and drawn 1, the run can't go on forever'. Honestly I'm expecting us to drop easy points sometime soon now and I wouldn't be surprised if it was tomorrow, that's how football goes. That's why, if we do win our next 2, I will be very confident we can finish 'up there' this season. Even if it's two 1-0s.

Going to be a tough game BUT we have the quality to beat Dover. I'm hoping that the next 2 games see's our strikforce bag some goals. Our biggest ememy is complacency both on the pitch and in the crowd. Our crowd is worth a goal in this league so its also up to us.

No such thing as an easy game and too many variables out of our control (e.g. refereeing decisions) to be extremely confident. But if I was a bookie I think I would have price the Rovers at about 4/9 (no value for me in what is being offered). I think all we can ask for is for the players to give 100% and play as a team ... and then see how the chips fall. UTG

In the past we have always become complacent especially at home in front of a big crowd and cocked up when we have a bit of a run then have an easy game.
However I think the team we have now not only enjoy playing but enjoy winning and even drawing when things have been against us. They see it as more than just a job.
I am sure that DC will take this game as seriously as any and I think it will be 2-0 to the Gas!

However much one team is fancied over another, I always find that, once the game starts, it's much more even than it's supposed to be. It's the other players that cause the problems: the ones with the wrong shirts on. They get in the way, keep the ball and won't give it back, crowd their own penalty area when I just want them to clear off... They're dreadful people.
However, (and I'm sticking my neck out here) I have begun to feel lately that there is a genuine ability gap between Rovers and some of the lower teams. Even when we aren't good, eg against Southport, they just haven't got what it takes to kill us. If this is so, we should prove too much for both Dover and Dartford, even if we don' t quite hit top gear.
Although Wigan did beat Man City in that cup final...

sooner or later we will slip up at home.
what will matter is our reaction as fans, and the reaction of the players.

I suppose we will slip-up some time, although unbeaten home seasons aren't unknown. I certainly hope no-one would turn on the team after one defeat.

I watched Dover recently and they were poor. They have got a tricky winger with an Italian sounding surname who will need watching otherwise I see nothing other than a convincing home win.

Pretty sure there was a poster on her earlier in the summer questioning Clarke's signings and telling us we should be more like Dover.

It's these type of teams that could cause an upset, but we just have to wait and see , a draw or above is ok , it could end up as one of those games that makes you want to tattoo the insides of your eye lids with the words why using an ink pen
