The Rees-Mogg nonsense looks totally staged to me. Ha, ha......no, it was not staged. It was terrible. Couldn't understand though why he appeared to just stand there with his kids whilst this insane bloke was ranting, rather than usher them inside, and why the police officer just stood there. Very strange. |

Just don't understand why Mogg just stood there and allowed his kids to be spoken to like that and the police officer looked away. I think JRM did the right thing. Had he had 'run away' then the jeering extremists would only claim that he wouldn't listen to them etc etc. They would claim that as a 'victory'. Not only that, but they were desperate for a response from him, so that they could then claim that they were the 'victims' against the 'toff'. They knew the cameras were there, and they wanted to provoke a response. The response they got however was not what they expected, and in fact, it has made JRM look an even better person. Top marks to JRM. As for the Police Farce, jeez, just why are they there? Surely, common sense says at some point they should have stepped in and said something like, "OK Guv, you've made your point, now move away". The Police Farce even let the bloke get past them to confront the family! What is the country becoming though, when these actions are tolerated, approved and even encouraged by the Labour Leadership ! |
