He divides opinion and I’m actually divide on him as well. I’ve met him several times. Before he’s watered he can be a good man to meet and converse with. Always got time for a pic with parents and kids etal. However, once watered he is a nauseating cvnt I agree and his antics raise more than a few eyebrows. He’s lucky to not be arrested on several occasions but standing up and watering in his seat at St Mary’s for saints fans to see was genius if flawed. hi bob That dick with the Bell is not coming is he I’ll apologise now shall I?! 😂

I was about to mention that bell, so bloody annoying, I actually turned the commentary off Radio Bristol when we played them in the micky mouse cup a couple of years ago, it really did give me a headache. I just don't see the point in it, imagine having to stand next to him every week, I can't think of anything worse

Reading a preview from one of your lot and it says:
"Rovers boss Darrell Clarke is also likely to name an unchanged side from the team that earned their first league win of the season at Wycombe on Saturday."
Clearly haven't done your research on DC 😂.

Since when have you been able to afford £1m+ for a player, did you actually spend any money on transfer fees this summer? Back to tomorrow night it seems pointless turning up has your team is clearly far to superior to ours with it seems no real weaknesses. £150k on Curtis from Derry £200k on Walkes from spurs We bid £1m plus on Eisa. First players we have bought since the fans bought the club and then sold it to the tornante group headed by the Eisner’s who are running the club on a eat what you kill basis. The sale of Webster to them up the rd gave us £1m to start with. The infrastructure, training ground, medical centre are all paid for the Eisner’s got the club for pretty much nothing based on selling themselves to the fans and are delivering across the board. If they wanted to they could buy the league but that’s not the deal and one we as fans don’t want the club to tread again. However, with our gate money and new sponsorship deals we are at least able to hold our own with just about anyone in this league. On top of that which players at league 1 level wouldn’t want to play at fratton in front of nearly 20k a game? Wish Rovers would go into administration 12 times and come out smelling of roses

After his success in the Churchill film, I wanted to see what else Gary Oldman has been filming in the last few years. I did a Google search, and I was shocked and surprised to see how low he had sunk.....until I realised that I had left the 'R' from his name !

My stab at the team for tonight: --------------------Smith---------------------- Leadbitter----Lockyer-----Broadbent-----J Clarke Matthews------Clarke/Upson------Lines---------Bennett --------------Payne------Nichols--------------- Assuming Craig's not injured I'd be surprised if DC jobs him after he finally had a faultless game on Saturday and also scored! I sense he'll replace Broadbent so Leads can return and give Brown something to worry about with his pace. It'll be interesting to see if DC sticks with 4-4-2 or, like he tends to, matches Pompey's 4-3-3 so: Smith Leads Locks Craig JC Upson Clarke Lines Matthews Bennett Payne

I would worry who will deal with the aerial threat of Hawkins though with those back 2 and Craig is unlikely to play 3 games in a week, I would have thought.

Don't worry about that.... think more how the hell are they gonna deal with Payne bullying them, Nichols buzzing around like a fly possessed and Matthews running rings around them.
My pathetic attempt at line up:
Smith
Leads Locks broadbent Clarke
Matthews upson lines benno
Goal machine Tom
Payne in the backside Stef
Rovers 3-1

Is Sercs injured? Just asking as the three posts above all have team predictions with him missing and I thought he was excellent on Saturday and would certainly be in my team!...
Predicting and choosing a midfield is very difficult these days due to the strength we have there which is fantastic!

Trouble is, Bennett has to play as well, I guess (using the law of playing against your old team).
