Blimey.... I didn't change the title I just added to it what the content was.... I am such a tw@t If you added to it, then it was changed. It ain't difficult. Stop changing posters thread titles, and they won't have cause to question you. We avoid changing stuff generally, but when titles look like they genuinely mislead as to the content of the thread, or because the title (not necessarily the content) is demonstrably inaccurate, then we do sometimes change thread titles just for the benefit of the members. The idea that we should stop doing this because someone might object doesn't really hold water, as the changing of the title is always going to be potentially objected to, by the OP, otherwise why would they have written that title in the first place?

Anyway, back on topic . . . I think the end of the window can’t come soon enough. It’s unsettling for players and manager as there is always one eye on the door rather than 100% focus on what is in the room.

DC seemed a pretty emotional there.
Maybe some good will come of this and his hand will finally be forced.
Hopefully some of the underperforming players will have a rocket under them and a few may get dropped.

What really bothers me is that the Players knew that a defeat against Southend would put us at or very close to the bottom of the table. So what was that performance about- tantrum? Did they give a sh-t for the good support who turned up and paid for that performance? Did they give a sh** as to whether they propped up the table or not? DC said Players went into hiding and did not take responsibility, well he should clamp down on them hard because this kind of attitude cannot continue.

Is this interview any different from any other manager, who has had a poor start to the season? It's a bog standard cliche ridden rant I've heard a thousand times before from a thousand different managers.
He's not the messiah...he's a very naught boy!

It's a bog standard cliche ridden rant I've heard a thousand times before from a thousand different managers. He's not the messiah...he's a very naught boy! For me, I compare it to the post match interview by Buckle. I was at the game yesterday and I completely agree with DC. Players went missing, they watered about with it at the back as no one took responsibility for driving forward. Only one ball provided on the ground for the strikers to run onto. Too many times a pass ended up going out for a throw in. Too many times a cross was over hit. Under Buckle, the interview would have been: We were fantastic, the fans enjoyed the game. The ref cost us today. At least DC knows what he has to work on before Tuesday.

Not much wrong with what DC and his staff are doing. Want to lay blame? The players are the ones that cross the white line and I sense that DC is frustrated they are under performing.
These players are paid good money and pride in performance is their job not the gaffers.
Said before, when we lose it's the gaffers fault, when we win it's the players credit and that is all wrong. DC and staff can only do so much, after that whistle goes the players take responsibility for everything win, lose or draw.
