I'm sorry, but anyone that watches this video and then does not still think DC is not the best man to lead this club forward needs to get a grip.
The man is a legend at our club for what he has done.I have never seen a man as honest in the whole of football management as DC.
His heart and fire is still there as is seen in this video.
Ok, he is not getting things right at the minute,and has made mistakes with tactics etc.. but his track record speaks for himself.
This guy bleeds blue and white and we are lucky to have him.

Its like he has been losing sight of what made us a team in the first place. He needs to work out the things on the pitch and what he can control with the tools he has had since he has taken over He may have been promised things that havent come to pass, but he has to get on with it |

I created and opened this thread, and never put it there in the title?
Is this forum controlled by left wing PC twats trying to control and spin a open discussion?

What are the players meetings he refers to in the video? great question that's the bit I found most concerning I actually take it as a positive way - one of those team meetings where they meet up without DC to talk about what has gone wrong etc - I assume lead by MS for example. The way I took it is DC is saying look hey can do whatever they need to do but ultimately I want more from them on the pitch, end of |

He mentions about losing the trust of the fans and that will take a long time to get back - he’s right. With 1,200 traveling away to QPR on Tuesday, a 110% performance from the players will very quickly see that away support worship the boys after 90 minutes - great chance to get back on track |
