Concerning moment where I'd have to give it some serious thought on whether I'd sooner have the defence that was relegated out of league 2 or our current back 5. Said to a mate today, the squad that got relegated to the conference would beat this current team. Unless our current squad wore the away shirts.... |

We played simple attacking football back then, looking to get the ball out to the wings and create chances, DC's philosophy worked wonders and got us promoted twice, we haven't even got 2 proper wingers in this current squad. |

I’m sick of watching Locks and Craig cost us goal after goal. Why they aren’t treated the same as every other squad member I’ll have no idea. Utter joke. Craig especially needs to get out of this club. Am I the only one that finds him false when he gives a interview.He comes across as not caring and his here for his wage. |

Craig especially needs to get out of this club. I've 'liked' this for the first bits. The Locks & Craig situation is bonkers. I wonder if we'll even get to that classic situation where Locks leaves for a higher level and is heralded a genius. It would certainly put into question how we use our players at times. Unfair to tell Craig to go but his signing is certainly one of DC's weirdest ever. It broke pretty much all of DC's usual 'rules' for having younger players & short contracts for older players. CBs have also changed since Craig was a lad. Looks very outdated now. |

Next two league games will tell us a lot - Shrewsbury away and Plymouth at home. Two clubs with worse starts than us!
If we don't sort out the defence and get a system in place to win both, to give the team some confidence and get some momentum, then we really are looking at being relegated with a whimper I fear.

What a let down again 2 down inside 20mins can't be bothered any more tonight. Hope we gat better 2nd half for the sake of those who went, but not holding out much hope. Simply not good enough.
