Telford gets his second for Bury. Everyone except DC could see this lad had goals in him...Like DC but he made a big mistake with Dom. ...and with Nichols and with Mensah. Good job we have got a Head of Recruitment to help us sign quality players like Bakayoko... |

We held on against a struggling team, god this is going to be a long season We had to hold on because we were down to ten men, you can't say that is not a decent effort, goalie does look an improvement. |

Rodman scores goals with ease against us, but none for us. Martin signed to help us out and greatly hinders us instead. We are nowhere near turning it around. On a good note, Bonham did well.

Given the circumstances a point isn’t so bad.
We defended better, although against a team with a worse start than us!
Keeper looks decent. Is he better than what we have? We will have to wait and see.
We played better in the second half and were still able to match Shrewsbury after the sending off.
Still worried about the lack of created chances and goals from open play. Really need to improve on this. Another massive game next week.

A gutsy performance. Really feel for Leadbitter with the OG. Thought he was our best player the 2nd half. We defended well but at times gave Shrews too much time and space, especially the first half. We were poor going forward. Rodman and Upson are looking poor signings. Matthews disappointed me today but I know he is capable of better. Bennett was clever when we went down to 10 men winning free kicks.
