We really don’t look like we are going to score. This is starting to worry me more than the defence now. I would also be surprised if we finish with 11 men on the pitch! We are crap all over the pitch. When was the last time we had such poor recruitment pre-season? I'm struggling to think... Crap all over the pitch we ain’t that good |

Watching on I follow from hot tub in Hyatt resort,key west and even with the sun glare I can tell 1) we dont have enough movement or finesse to create clear openings & 2) the ref is desperate to give them a free kick and equally determined to avoid giving us one. Why do we never get such homers at the mem?
We look uncomfortable on the ball and chasing lost causes. If we don't up our game we will do well to get a point.

Good recruitment on paper; rodman, we were asking for him, Matthews- a good young player, - Upson - a good plaxer on paper, Payne - top scorer. Agreed, seemed OK ... I thought all 3 were useful additions and even thought Reilly was worth the gamble if DC was set-against Telford. |

Matthews I'll give you, the rest look to have no re-sale value whatsoever. Plus there are mostly midfielders in that list, with Bennett, Mensah, Lines, O Clarke, Sercombe and Sinclair it was hardly an area that needed strengthening to the degree that it was. Oh, Mensah was a poor signing so scratch him from that list. |
