It's gonna fall for the lad one of these days. Constantly gets into good positions time and time again. Had a good game today IMO.

Jesus! From what everyone was saying on here I thought nichols had missed the target with an open goal.
I’d say he did everything he could’ve done with the header there, headed it down, back across goal, just a good save.

Typical the ball also bounced just where Sincs couldn't head or kick it into the empty net. Nichols also brought off another decent save from the goalie in the 2nd half. Fair play to Nichols to bounce back with that type of performance shows some will power.

Yes lets remember though he had a good game for HIM, usually he is sh**e. While we can say yes he had a good game what about the previous 50 games? 50 games " to have a good game". and let us remind ourselves too , he is a striker. Banjo Nicholls will never get into double figures at Rovers.

Yeh that save from Nichols was good but a confident striker would have taken it first time so not allowing the keeper to close down the space.Then again if he had done that and missed we would have been screaming at him for not taking a touch! Can't win when you've gone so long without a goal. |

Tom Nichols had a good game Saturday.
The chance I was annoyed he missed was when he cut inside the defender and then put it wide. Should have buried that. But aside from that he had a good game and was so unlucky with that save from the keeper that hit the bar.
