Good to see Chris Lines back in the line up. I love that piece of commentary from the second leg of the play offs, “oh yes Chrissy Lines yes!” Or something to that affect.

After seeing Payne, ok only 10 minutes, on Tuesday night he had no energy. Is Danny L going in midfield or are we going to play 5 at the back. Whichever, Payne and Reilly will have to do a lot of running, closing down and keeping pressure on. Reilly will do that but I’m not sure about Payne.
Let’s hope Payne leaves me eating humble pie and scores a goal or two. 😀

ps. If the intention is to play 352 then I bet it will become 532 because of pressure.

I think DC got formation right, Surprised to see Payne start, and welcome back Linesy, Rovers got to work extremely hard, team discipline is a must, Barnsley extremely good at home, But with Barnsley not getting any points from last two games, and Rovers now in a better place there were two games ago, with luck on there side, 0-0 will do nicely thank you

I am glad to see Payne starting today. He may not have done much coming off the bench lately but on his last start at Rochdale I thought he did well and was our best player until he ran out of steam. |

I'm not sure why a decent performance in one game should automatically lead to inclusion for a different challenge in the next game. |
