So, the UN send someone to criticize the UK for 'poverty', yet someone living on benefits in the UK is actually in the top 20% of earners on the planet. I think there are many more places, with millions upon millions of people who would benefit more from UN help, don't you? Isn't he just wasting time and money in the UK when there are places that really do need help? Wouldn't that time and money be better spent somewhere else?

Sure Are you suggesting spreading tax revenues equitably across regions, including the EU? You have been to Bulgaria I believe.

Wealth is relative to the costs of where a person lives and their family circumstances.
Someone here may 'earn' money in the top 20% of the planet but costs are up there too.
