Superb Interview from DC he tells it as it is with no hidden agendas / no crap / no rubbish! He is a fantastic manager and he is hurting like the rest of us. So very simply lets make tomorrow night a special atmosphere and get behind the lads! UTG ! I agree . I do however feel the crowd will respond to some width and attacking football but I fear he’ll play a diamond or 3-5-2 and we’ll get beat. I’d go with lines and Clarke in the middle with Bennet right and sercombe inside forward left with Kelly overlapping him. Basically the way we played before he changed it this season and went all narrow and crap. Sercombe cuttingin from left on to his right peg will work as long as Kelly overlaps him. It would also be a first in that we’d have a wide player on the side which their foot is rather than playing inside forwards both sides which has become our trait this season and every manager on the division knows it and is in my opinion why we’re crap going forward. |

Reading everyone's comments before watching the video, I thought 'here we go' more DC cliches but that was quite a decent watch and should spur a few on to go tomorrow night!

Bennett still cuts in from the right, only Rodman seems to hug the sideline, I'm not sure I'd drop Martin after he scored on Saturday. My worry is he'll try and fit Sincs in given we've lost all 3 games whilst he's been suspended. |

I can definitely see a few moving on in Jan. He isn't at all happy, looks drained and is pretty fed up.
Seems like some just don't listen to what he is coaching/saying/planning.

I think your suffering from width obsession syndrome that affects a small number of people and causes them to constantly bang on about the team needing to play with width as a cure for all our problems. Im not sure kelly or martin are good enough athletes to be be genuine attacking full backs and i think martin will start tomorrow. |
