Just found about the loss of Buzzcocks singer.
Ever Fallen In Love was a classic. Unfortunately, I was only about 3 when it was released, but it was still the first single I ever bought at a punk/new wave record fayre at the Bierkeller many years later.
I did see the Buzzcocks a few times. The last time Pete had greying hair, a beard and a bit of a large waistline. Jake Burns of SLF also used the same look at the time. Personally, I think they were paying homage to the Strangler's Jet Black.
Hopefully, Lance is on the ball can add a tribute to today's Gas playlist.

Ah I loved the Buzzcocks and especially Pete Shelley's songs.
Another Music In A Different Kitchen is one of my favourite LPs ever, and I still play it, especially this gem:

Top band very sad ~ saw them 2 years ago. We cover two of their songs. Ever Fallen In Love was one of the first records I bought
