No thanks. So again, please define "you all". oh dear. Supposed to be a debating forum, sometimes we don't like each others' opinions - but it should be left at that - Gasheads - ain't we all !? Obviously not!!

I get that you're frustrated and the Sheed calling is an unnecessary but you go again with "saying it how it is" as if what you say is gospel and those that disagree are just talking nonsense. You are saying it "How it is in your own opinion" which is different from "How it is". alot of you on here are talking nonsense! Most of you clearly don't read or listen properly! The amount of sh** on here is incredible and can be easily refuted by backtracking and listening to interviews. OK then, seeing as it's watering you off so much that you can't seem to type without getting angry, maybe just take a break from the forum!?

no 100% not! It's just getting tiresome hearing the same thing from people that seem to have anti board agendas and the more I read it seems that alot aren't rovers fans.. they seem to be dc fans. He's definitely made a lot of mistakes this year, that's for sure but my point was only that not all of that was directly his fault. For me it's 50/50 and I don't think whoever we end up with is going to find that any easier to overcome. of course.. I "laughed" when I heard tom Lockyer in his last interview say at 59 secs "you almost feel responsible." ... only almost tom? .. he was let down but I do feel he made alot of mistakes and just completely lost it.

Stay away from the forum then, for your own sake and for the rest of us. Would you say my reply about the anti-board agenda was nonsense and "talking sh**"? It's OK I have thick skin and will sleep soundly tonight if you say yes. But if not, then I'm quite confident in what I've read from most, that most of the folks that are sad to see DC go and are annoyed with the board, would broadly agree with it.

For the record I have always maintained that DC had not had a good 2018 and had been under achieving by his own admission. This much to me is quite obvious. On those points we agree don't we? That doesn't mean I'm not disappointed to see DC go as I thought he was a great manager and a great bloke, but I genuinely hope it turns out to be right decision as much as it was hard to accept at the time. Because I'm a Gashead and the success of our club is the most important thing ultimately. Nevertheless in my opinion and many others, the board's false promises are a large reason for the downturn in our fortunes. For you to blanket say that all those that are gutted that it turned out this way and to wish DC well, and to want change or at least big improvement at the top, are talking sh** is frankly ridiculous and shows that you are not willing to tolerate these alternative opinions on this situation.

I see the point! However as they have given him funds to recruit staff and players and pumped money into the pitch (broken record..) I see it as deflection, if we were mid table or slightly higher people would love them. Last season it was the pitch to blame for performance.. this season it's the stadium and facilities, almost shirking responsibility. I'll keep saying this but any die hard rovers fan knew the stadium etc wasn't going to happen!

I'll admit that I wasn't surprised to see the stadium plan fail, because this is Bristol Rovers after all. But the fact it was the closest to happening certainly in my life, doesn't prevent it from being all the more gutting and frustrating that it collapsed. Add to that the most bizarre part of the boards failings, which is the training ground. This has no explanation that has any justification in my eyes.

The training ground i'll admit is concerning as they've just left it on standby, although up until "fairly recently" they've managed to produce decent football with what they've had - (fairly recently ... i mean going back to the season we were first promoted back to L1 it's been regressing since but our opinons clearly differ on why haha)

My original post was a light hearted dig at the massive difference in reasons for leaving their clubs.
Mourinho sacked because he spent money and achievd little, DC left because he believed he needed a bigger budget and was frustrated at not getting it.
Should anything be read into Chris Lines not featuring in the first team? If there was descent in the dressing room who do you think is/was the agitator?

Wow, he got a payoff if £22 million. I hate Man U I get that most managers are egotistical and winners by nature, but honestly, it’s got to be tough to stay motivated, hungry and driven at times when you know the result of failure is £22m added to your bank account...
