Fantastic battling performance from the gas today. Upson and jak absolutely terrific. Holmes Dennis is clearly a very gifted player as shown in first 20 mins but after that we were playing with 10 men. He is obviously struggling kept grabbing his knee and Oxford came down his side every attack he just couldn't keep up. It's a real shame but can see him being another Jamie shore :-(. If he could get over his injury he would be immense.

Results not really gone our way as much as they could have unfortunately Burton1 Plymouth 1 Rochdale 0 Bradford 3 Scunthorpe 1 Wycombe 0 Wimbledon 0 Blackpool 0 Thank God we won I'm not really sure about that. If they were playing top teams I would agree with you but bar probably Blackpool (who Wimbledon didn't beat anyway), all those other teams could potentially go down and are dragged more in to it. If we keep playing like we did today, we should have no problems. |

We were singing today, it's happened again , it's happened again, Oxford United it's happened again. Really enjoyed the cheerio chant as their fans were streaming out the ground and in the carpark. |

Exactly if Bradford beat someone like Rochdale then they drag Rochdale down towards the bottom if we pay to much attention to other teams at the half way point we’ll drive ourselves mad the possibilities at this stage are in the millions . We just need to try and win as many as we can. Nobody wanted Accrington , Wycombe or Rochdale to lose today but I wouldn’t be surprised if they ended up in the mix come may. |

Female limo was the worst official I’ve ever seen, genuinely don’t think she understood the offside rule and didn’t make any decisions without looking at the ref. Absolute farce how these people can make it to the positions they are in, shows how poor the officiating is in the whole country when you can’t even make a decision on a throw in 5 yards in front of you Thought she did alright. I only noticed her get one decision wrong. She got plenty wrong!! She looked at the ref everytime there was anything remotely contentious, even when it was in front of her and obvious. It was like she was scared to make a decision. Don't know whether this was one of her first EFL matches, or she " Didn't really know" like Mavis from Coronation Street! Mind you, the substitute ref was even worse, Did anyone notice he almost gave Ollie a red card when he gave him a yellow. Any referee with an ounce of sense puts his Red and Yellow cards in different pockets and he had them both in the same pocket! I always did, and never made that mistake in over 30 years as a ref!! |

I think some fans should be more worried about their club's current form more than their Lge position. Teams like Wycombe, Walsall, Coventry, Shrews. Accy are a weird one. Had an awful run but got a few wins to keep them afloat up there. Need to be careful though. |

I think Rochdale, Wycombe, Blackpool and others could be dragged in as well as other teams. In the end all I’m worried about is Rovers finishing 20th or above but it’s good to keep in touch with teams around Rochdale. And in the end it will be about what we do that is the deciding factor in seeing if we get out of this position not the form of others. And today for us was a great result. UTG! |

New Year's Day is going to be a good un, GC and these lads will get a massive reception. I hope you're right. it might be the first game for GC and the boys where they might be classed as the favourites to win. Let's hope they rise to the test. |

What a fantastic Christmas! Can’t recall us ever taking maximum points before this year! Only just able to get online today so apologies if already mentioned,but we seem to have blown the fitness computer rationale to kingdom come with no rotation being made to the starting XI.
Anyways,let’s keep the run going now with another positive result against Burton,then the boys can have a nice recovery period before the following league game.
