Maximum score 16
NH. 9 CJ. 3 EW. 4 BB. 12 RK. 5 TW. 6 BSS. 13 KM. 11
As a reminder, CJ is in charge of DC's performances, and EW is in charge of the youth. Mind you, has EW ever been to a youth game? Not seen him there in the last 18 months.

Time to give it a rest - on the one hand people are saying the team performs better when NH is missing, then "let's have a go at Chris Jelf because he wasn't seen at games". It doesn't matter! Besides, team performance, at least in terms of results, is hardly an issue at the moment is it? Who can definitely say which directors were and were not at games anyway? I certainly don't have time to spend looking at Box 1 - far more important things to look at during games. Someone said NH wasn't there for the Dartford game - that's the game where NH presented Ellis Harrison with his Wales cap!

What is the actual point being made by the OP, and what are your suggestions.

What is the actual point being made by the OP, and what are your suggestions. OP is giving factual data with some explanation? Perhaps there is an indirect inference that certain directors might not be as committed as we had hoped?

Maybe a straight question "Do you think our directors are committed enough" would be a better way of putting the post then. It's a good question

Its vitally important for holding the club to account to see the level of commitment to the cause and i hope you will not be put off. Jelf should stand down as performence director if he cant attend games imo. What a daft scenario. On a positive note well done to Brian who is showing fantastic commitment. Its good to show that on his behalf. As much as i dont rate Barry Bradshaw as a commercial director he is also showing good commitment to the cause.

If you were the owner or Director of a football club, would you go to games ? I know what my answer would be and it's not no. You don't even have to pay for entrance, do you ?

Nobody is forced to read this. Others may find it strange that our performance director doesnt attend games.

or they have illnesses in the family, or other perfectly good reasons for not being able to attend I can appreciate that will be the case for some of the Directors. However, it does seem odd that half of them have attended less than 50% of games, given that we are at the lowest point in our history. Previous custodians of our club were always fairly prominent on match days. The "Twelfth Man" cannot be faulted for their commitment this season, yet some of the Directors, who are so keen to say that they hurt as much as we do when the team loses, are noticeable by their absence. A run of unbeaten games shouldn't mean that any of us become complacent about what led to us becoming a non league club.

I'm not trying to pillory anyone. I'm just desperate for our club to regain its league status, and it strikes me as odd that one third of our directors have only attended 20% of the games played so far.
Are we all in this together or not?
