Bonham 6.75 Clean sheet but a little flaky and oy! that kicking.
J. Clarke 7 Big chest Lockyer 7 Not MotM for me. Craig 7.5 Like a U-boat, silent but effective. Also has a u-boat's distribution from defence. Kelly 7.5 Good
Rodman 8 Our best player Upson 6.75 Not our best player. Sinclair The Beard needs no number. Martin 6.75 Ok.
Reilly 6.5 A bit Nichollsy. Jakubiak 7.75 Class but almost marked out of the game.
Subs: Sercombe 5.5 Lines 5.5 He might be one of us, but at the moment he's a little bit rubbish. Nichols nole
Crowd 6.75 Strangely flat until near the end. Ref 5 Consistent(ly bad.) Burton 6 Well organised and played a bit of football at times.

Bonham 7 - Did well J. Clarke 6.5 - Struggled against pacy forward Craig 6.5 - Sluggish Lockyer 6 - Poor distribution Kelly 6 - Average Martin 5 - Not good enough Sinclair 6.5 -Typical Sincs performance Upson 6 - Sluggish too Rodman 7.5 MOM - Best on show Jakubiak 6 - Willing runner Reilly 6 - Tried hard
Lines 6 - Ok Sercs 6 - Made little impact Nichols NOLE
Ref 7 - One if the better ones GC 6 - May have needed to refresh things more Crowd 6 - Eerily quiet Burton 6 - Looked decent but very beatable
One step too far. We looked understandably knackered in all departments. Holmes-Dennis was a massive loss and Martin just isn't good enough imo. Looked at times as GC's honeymoon period was over. Time will tell us that. Over to the board now, important next move! UTG

Bonham 5.5 spilled a few regulation ones
J. Clarke 6.5 Lockyer 5.5 too many long balls Craig 6 Kelly 5.5 not supporting attacks
Rodman 6 not given enough of the ball Upson 5.5 Sinclair 6.5 great covering Martin 6.5 accomplished performance but not his position
Reilly 5.5 did his best but Jak needs a big mobile guy alongside him (esp at home) Jakubiak 6 needs to use left when he has the chance
Subs: Sercombe 5.5 Lines 5 Nichols
Crowd 8 Ref 7 Burton 6 good first half - no.11 impressed me

Bonham: 6. Clean sheet, but had hardly anything to do.
Clarke: 7. Good solid performance from a player who has turned himself into a very consistent League 1 defender. Lockyer: 7. Defended well, which is his main job. Distribution poor, however I feel he's not helped by the reluctance of a midfield shorn of Lines in that no-one ever wants the ball from defence, so he goes long. Craig: 7.5. Another good performance - barely put a foot wrong. Kelly: 6. He's done pretty well this season, although if we have sufficient left sided options it may be time to take him out of the firing line for a while.
Rodman: 7. One quality cross in the first half that begged to be converted. Otherwise quiet today but he is a good player. Upson: 5. Tiredness may have been a factor, however he did little today. Sinclair: 8 (MoM). Sincs was everywhere tidying up this, sorting out that. Typical Sinclair performance that showed why he is easily good enough for this level. Martin: 7. He's no THD but I thought he did well today. Like Rodman in the first half, put in one excellent cross in the second that Sercombe(?) should have buried.
Reilly: 5. I like Gavin and think he can get goals but in the withdrawn role behind Jak the ball was usually 20 feet over his head today.
Jakubiak: 7. Worked hard and showed moments of quality. Understandably tired near the end.
Sercombe: 6. Didn't influence the game hugely but at least he had a couple of shots. Lines: 6.5. Should have started. We were better after his introduction although he misplaced more passes than usual. Nichols: NOLE.
Ref: 8. Hardly noticed him. Suspect he was as bored as the rest of us. Crowd: 4. Quiet. Bored. GC: 5. Needed to make more changes to rhe starting line up. DC wasn't always wrong when he made changes and it clearly looked like things needed freshening up today. Burton: 6. As poor as we were for much of the game. Did try to play some foitball in the first half but looked content with a point throughout the second.

Bonham 6.5 wobbly at times but overall decent. J. Clarke 7 solid stuck to his guns as usual Lockyer 7 fairly solid Craig 7 full of the dark arts got caught out once but got away with many. Kelly 6 missed THD in front of him Rodman 7.5 m.o.m. the pick of an average bunch Upson 6.5 not so effective, missed Olly alongside him Sinclair 6.5 worked his socks off, made a nuisance of himself but creates little. Martin 6 adequate Reilly 6 worked hard to little effect. Jakubiak 7 a good game kept the Burton defence busy but needs a big striker to work with. Subs: Sercombe 6.5 he should always start, Lines 6.5 midfield improved when he came on. Nichols 5 n.o.l.e Crowd quiet, hung over i guess! Ref 6 ok but picked up on the little fouls but missed bigger ones Burton 6 hard to believe they were in the Championship last season, decent defence though.

Brave man.

Bonham 6 kept clean sheet but didn't look comforfable
J. Clarke 7 had a good argument with the ref at end of 1st half and defended well Lockyer 6.5 defended well but a few wayward long passes. Tried in vain to get the crowd going. Craig 6.5 defended well but didn't do much else Kelly 6.5 looked better going forward than he has recently
Rodman 6 needs to get back to standard from recent matches Upson 6 not one of his better games Sinclair 6 ran around a lot as usual but needs to start passing forward Martin 6.5 combined well with Kelly down the left
Reilly 5.5 seemed afraid to take people on Jakubiak 7 did what he could despite poor service and felt like he was the only dangerous player going forward
Subs: Sercombe 6.5 made his mark on the game, also looked a threat Lines 4.5 just couldn't keep the ball, very disappointing Nichols 5 looked at his best in a long knee length coat in half time warm-up
Crowd 5 tired and hungover Ref 6 average Burton 5 I don't see the point in them, they have no fans

Good to se a much fuller stadium compared to the last couple of months. Hopefully, we can keep churning out wins and draws to get the crowds back !

Bonham 6 - kicking a bit squiffy, another one bobbled in front of him and could have gone anywhere, one good save from a rasping drive. Certainly good enough on his day, should we buy him?
Kelly 6 - not too bad, got caught out too easily for me, one for the future
Locks 5 - how he got MOM I’ll never know! I love Locks but his distribution was awful yesterday. Then again midfield never really gave him short easier options. Too much hoof ball.
Craig 6 - no nonsense but not much else. Did ok against big fella.
J Clarke 6 - again ok, didn’t get forward, looks strong, needs competition at right back
Martin 5 - not his position and it showed.
Sincs 6 - ran and hastled and tried his best to get us going but alongside Upson there was no guile in the middle
Upson 5 - did he do much? Not that I noticed. Looked tired. Surely Sercs at half time?
Rodman 7 (MOM) - an outlet all game, skilful, good in the air, some crosses. Faded second half but always our most likely creator of something
Jak 6 - ran, harried, should have scored second half. Worth sticking with
Reilly 5 - ran, harried, but not looking like a goal scorer to me
Subs, all 4. None looking like game changers!
Crowd 4. Tried at the end to make some noise but it was more like the shaking off a bad hangover.
GC - cautious, didn’t lose, 4 games unbeaten. Do we trust him in the transfer market? One big ugly striker for me and maybe a left sided winger.
