My own opinions of the game:
Bonham 6 Kicking was a bit off, but dealt with the few shots he had to
J. Clarke 8 Another great game. Gave nothing down his side and even burst forward well a couple of times. Lockyer 7 Defensively solid Craig 6.5 Solid for the most part Kelly 6 Put under pressure at times
Rodman 7 Some really good attacking play on the front foot in the first half. Upson 6 Hard to mark as the combination with Sinclair wasn't really working. Faded in the second half and rightly subbed. Sinclair 6 A couple of good last-ditch tackles as Rovers were generally overrun in midfield. Martin 5 Limited in his attacking play
Reilly 5.5 Worked hard but struggled to get involved in the attacks Jakubiak 6 Another for whom this was probably one game too many
Subs: Sercombe 6 Added some impetus but wasn't as effective playing further forward in the hole Lines 5.5 A couple of lax passes Nichols NOLE
Crowd 4 Ref 6.5 Burton 6.5 Decent enough team

Bonham 6 Shaky start but did what he needed to and kept a clean sheet
J. Clarke 7 Typical James Clarke performance, solid not spectacular Lockyer 8 I don't get complaints about Lockyer's distribution when often his options are sideways pass to Craig or pump it long because our midfield can't get open Craig 7 Kelly 6 Teams starting to realise that they can attack us by getting at Kelly
Rodman 8 Our only spark in the first half. Got muted in the second half when they started doubling up on him. Upson 6 Good set pieces. Sinclair 8 Broke down a lot of their attacks in midfield. First time this season he's looked like his old self. Martin 5 Admittedly out of position, but struggled to make much of a mark. Probably best summed up by that free-kick in the first half.
Reilly 5 One of the players who looked like he was playing his 4th game in the spell of 2 weeks. Jakubiak 6 Should've scored in the second half, and looks our most likely player to score. Suffers from Jo Kuffour syndrome where he backs into the defender then seems to be surprised that he doesn't get the foul.
Subs: Sercombe 6 His centre of gravity is ridiculous, proven when he turned 2 men at the same time about 2 minutes after coming on Lines 4 Might be one of our own, but I no longer see what he offers us. Can't run, can't tackle and based off of yesterday's performance can't pass anymore either. Get him off of set pieces too. Lost the spark we were starting to build once he came on. Nichols NOLE
Crowd 5 Tired and hungover. Weren't really given much on the pitch to get excited by. Ref 7 Didn't really notice him which is normally a good sign. The official in front of the east terrace was dreadful though and seemingly didn't have a clue which was going on. Burton 6 Solid side if unspectacular. Came for a draw and got it. Their no. 6 at centre back won absolutely everything in the air. Big ol' unit.

Bonham 6.6 - distribution not up to usual standard
J. Clarke 7.5 - very steady Lockyer 6.5 - defensively very strong but distribution poor Craig 6.5 - steady game Kelly 6 - poor in first half but improved in the second until taken off
Rodman 7 - class player but did not shine as much as in recent games Upson 5 - not as good as recent performances, lacks pace Sinclair 6 - battled hard but lacked the flair to unlock the Burton defence Martin 6 - average game
Reilly 6 - battled hard but no end product Jakubiak 6.5 - jumps less than Payne and wins less in the air. Needs to play off a big man. Some good moments but looked dead on his feet after an hour.
Subs: Sercombe 6 - couple of good moments Lines 6 - made a difference when he came on but faded quickly Nichols 6 - did nothing wrong but did not look like scoring
Crowd 7 - good numbers but a bit flat at times Ref 5 Burton 5.5 good control and passing but no end product

Bonham 6 Not as assertive. Slow distribution and wayward kicking.
J. Clarke 7.5. Has become a player who knows exactly what he can and cannot do Lockyer 5.5 Terrible distribution at times Craig 6 Kelly 6
Rodman 6.5 Often posed a threat Upson 6 Sinclair 6.5 Martin 5.5
Reilly 6 Jakubiak 6.5
Subs: Sercombe 6 Lines 6 Nichols 6
Crowd 6 Ref 6 Burton 7

Less than average performance by just about everyone at the Stadium - so 4.5 for all the players, GC, the referee, Burton Albion and the crowd.

Bonham-6 Hope that if the rumours are true about clubs scouting him,I pray they were there against burton! A bad-ish day at the office for a usually great Bonham
J. Clarke-7 Played well I thought Lockyer-7 Played well, him and Craig kept Cole quiet Craig-7 As above Kelly-6 Done well, got turned a few times but is still only young and will be a good under study to TDH when we sign a winger
Rodman-6.5 Played ok but wasn’t utilised by the rest of the teams long balls Upson 6 Looked tired and played poor compared to recent games him and Sinclair are too negative to play together, not creative enough Sinclair-5.5 Lacked match sharpness and as above, hate to say it but he’s not good enough to play as a league 1 midfield pairing Martin-5.5 Played out of position due to squad constraints but not an awful game
Reilly-6 Worked his socks off pressing their back 4, like the rest of the squad looked tired Jakubiak-6.5 Looked tired but still is a threat, can’t believe how long DC kept him and Reilly out the squad for
Subs: Sercombe-6 Tried but to no avail Lines-7 Tried to go forward when he could, played some great balls, still think he and Ollie Clarke are our best cm partnership Nichols-4 Poor cameo, compared to recent performances by Reilly and Jakubiak, can’t see how he will ever get back in the team
Crowd-6.5 Solid turn out, coupled with everyone having a few too many the night before and a uneventful game led to a subdued atmosphere Ref- 6 Not the worst, certainly not the best Burton-6 a well drilled side, organised and seemed to have us worked out a little bit, but they do have quality in their squad and overall not a bad point
