So, what were your best, worst and most pointless gifts given to you this year?
My best was three months worth of Guitar lessons. I haven't played in about 10 years, and I wanted to start again, so this was a very good gift.
Worst? Pyjamas.........why oh why?
Most pointless? A pair of jeans that are at least 10 centimetres too long.
SWCNS: "we can't send them back"
Me: "why not?"
SWCNO: Because I got them from a special company who produce them to your exact requirements"
Me: "but these are not my exact requirements!"
SWCNO: "I measured the inside leg of a pair of your old jeans, and sent them those details"
Me: "why didn't you just check the label which says they are size 34, 34. You know this is my normal size!"
SWCNO: "These jeans are better than the ones you normally buy"
Me: "not when they're 10 centimetres too long they're not!"
