Not sure if anyone will agree with this, but istm if we were in the Prem we would have more money to spend on players, and there would be a chance that more potential fans would turn up to games, coz of the (supposed) higher profile of the Premier league. Just an idea, anyway.

It's a cunning plan but the problem seems to be to make £200M a year in the Premier League costs £300M a year. Have you any idea how many £4.50 sausage rolls a year that is?

Is the plan to carry on with our massively successful boycot of the FL trophy now our U23s are in it?

Disappointed you didn't mention the Champions League. That's the problem with this club, short sighted and no ambition

I can just imagine hundreds of coaches of fans coming down from Liverpool and Manchester to support us....

Just an idea, anyway. And likely wouldn’t have to worry about relegation in the future either if the (alleged) plans out there to close it off to us mere mortals ever see the light of day. (See the rosy faced tax dodger was gleefully embracing a similar idea for the egg chasers now they have made it over the line....might not mention it next season though if they get relegated this year)

It will be brilliant having 350 players on our books and never seeing any of them ever get a game for us.
