I don't think Sunderland will set up like this but what they do tend to do when playing away is get a goal then defend in depth. First goal could be critical today. |

Atmosphere was toxic against shrewsbury due to ref and players not playing. Due a home win and a old style mem atmosphere!!

Come on Gas you owe us a big performance at home and this is the game to produce, dont hold back , we have seen in away games you now have the fight in you for the battles ahead, please dont be tentative and get stuck in from the off, controlled agression, we will all be with you from the off ,dont be scared of making a mistake or two just get up and go again and just like 20 odd years ago when both clubs were in similar positions we can produce a stunning victory to spur us on to safety, sure you will see a different Rovers today with a proper center forward putting himself about and ruffling a few feathers (dont overdo it and get yourself in trouble!)and whoever plays along side him reaping the benefit.Have huge respect for all Northeast clubs and fans, proper footie folk, but we need the points today, you will go up without the points today and as you are all decent folk i'm sure you wont begrudge us a famous victory, and besides that we need to preserve Jesters unbeaten run! me ? i see an honorable 1-1 draw after a cracking game !!and that'll do for me!
