For all that we’re still in the relegation zone, it is so congested that the likelihood is we only need around 14 points from our last 12 games. That’s 4 wins, 2 draws and 6 losses. Keep our nerve and we can do this. UTG! Not sure about that - too many other clubs just above us picking up points Maybe a point or two either way, granted, but so many teams involved means also that they will also be taking points off each other. |

We play Scunts and Gills up next, both within touching distance. Great confidence booster today, looks like we have found our much needed target man!

Absolutely superb today. Stood up to a robust Blackpool team that were happy to leave a bit on challenges.
Clarke-Harrison everything we hoped Payne would be. Shame we didn't get him at the start of the season instead.

Yep a 4-0 win is nice, and that's 7-0 against Blackpool on aggregate this season but teams around us keep winning so it's important we don't get carried away and keep winning ourselves.

I request but never accepted. I even had someone “add” me in there and I still didn’t get in You'd soon wish you weren't accepted. I was at the point I didn't want to.go to games anymore until I left that group. It makes this place seem like a Mensa meeting. |

What a performance, best home game of the season. A target man who can not only hold the ball up and play in others but actually score!
Blackpool really gave it a go in the second half, we had defenders putting their bodies on the line, was great to see.
Only downside was the two strikers going off injured. Unless they are 100% they should not be playing on Tuesday, next weekend is far more important

Really happy with that, everyone put in a solid shift, Blackpool are no mugs but they had no answers from some of our attacking play. Happy we held on to keep a clean sheet too! Just need more of this now to put pressure on the teams above us.
Oh, and a quick word on Clarke-Harris, he's everything I hoped he'd be and more, best performance from a Rovers striker in quite sometime, more than worthy of being motm.

Delighted the JCH / Nichols partnership worked so brilliantly today. Sercs and Ollie also back on form. Great win. That game in hand remains pretty key though to ensure we have our future in our hands. Happy days

Like most people i was worried about the line up but the midfield diamond worked a treat today with ogogo the pick of the bunch for me.
Both strikers held the ball up to great effect and a classic centre forward performance from JCH.
Ps it looked like sercombe was at the front of the diamond today and he was much more effective there.
