This could absolutely destroy confidence.
Get another tonking on Saturday and our goal difference advantage has gone too - who said today we'd be fine unless we lost by 10 goals - well we're on our way toward that over two games.
He has to change it - Nichols and Sercs on please and try to salvage something

Love when people question the line up just cause we’re getting beaten by a far better team Wael out Doncaster have been poor of late, we've been unbeaten away for 8 games and nearly drew the 9th, it doesn't take a lot to work out that completely changing the formation maybe a factor. I can't understand why GC doesn't change things with Sercs, Nichols & Sincs all on the bench as 5 or 6 - 0 loss will surely hit player confidence and also wreck our good GD. |

Luton saturday when was the last time we beat a top six side? I was just thinking that, GC has done well against the crap but against top 6 by my reckoning he has yet to manage a win in 7 attempts (Sunderland x3, Charlton, Peterborough, Portsmouth & tonight). Does that stat have any bearing on his long term viability as manager? |

The gaffers got it horribly wrong tonight. Why he’s changed a system that’s worked so well in recent weeks I’ll never know, but it’s backfired horribly. Jakubiak and Reilly both look completely lost and are therefore pretty ineffective. A midfielder for one of the front 3 should be the half time change. Dunno but it was clear after 10 minutes that he’d got it wrong and should have brought sercombe and Nichols on for Jakubiak and Reilly. It would have left us with one sub left . Rather than that it’s over an hour in and he hasn’t made a single change. I like 95% of what Cogs has done so far but his tactics and team selection in a couple of games has been beyond belief. |
